Seven seconds is a lot more than you think and it can always be patched. As of now, I think 7 is pretty ideal. 19 is way too long. I think the idea of substitution is now how often you use it, but how well you use it in that regard. Great job team. Now, I'm just waiting for the 8 Gates Update...lol

It would've been better if you were clearer, but yes -- distilled water is not a very good conductor.

Water does conduct electricity, and it conducts it extremely well. Water is special. It can be either ionic or covalent and electric currents love wet, ionic bonds. Water is wet and it is ionic, thus it will conduct a current very well. Not too mention the reason you shouldn't go swimming or be anywhere close to water during a thunderstorm.

HTML5? well, that's different. I was hoping you would scrap VB and maybe hit up C# or potentially ++(even though it would take a while)...but 5 works too. I suppose 5 is mostly for browser support.
