Well, if someone spend time for leveling all those alt's it's not a abuse, he just take advantage from his other account's and that's can be stopped with 30 second timer after relog's (that will fix also other issue with quick relogs). BI Abuse happen when player's get speccialy BI for not lost bounty in danger zones, people dont care about BI and use death as teleport in to village pretty often time's, I think its all about BI zombie's, when you near village that's a real problem which make your gameplay annoying, especially with all those DoT's (Bleeding and Poison) which close you at map for 35 Seconds Like i say above, make BI owner's able to walk only would fix a lot i guess (dont affect on character's under 20 lvl).

what about make BI owner's not able to run? i mean only walking. In this case new player's still can farm his lovely larvas/spiders, also add some "RP vibe" and you feel like for real battle injuried, instead of just cut half your stat's (stuns and heals still op even with BI) Player's complain about that for year's...

Would be nice if add to game that, also add "bright's" in to street lanterns Bounty station will look dope at night.

- Yes, Weapon Mastery has two path's, the STR way and INT way. Jutsu's from same mastery share cooldown's (same level jutsu etc), that's how weapon mastery, medic and every "Hidden village mastery" work,

That's only example's, of course those jutsu's shouldn't be pretty strong, but let you play in your playstyle, i just suggested it, cuz i like aspect where every Fire user's can be a little diffrent that other's fire user's

More common jutsu's which you can collect over the world. Every mob above ~35 level can drop piece of scroll, you have to collect 2 matching piece's for obtain jutsu, Or make it able to get from regular blank's but 50+ level requried, Idea about "piecie's" and mob 35+ req is about make danger zones more active. Example for new common jutsu's : (i dont spend much time for think about numbers) Remove DoT from yourself. (25CP, 1s cast time, 1s selfstun) Little heal (50CP, heal for 80, 1s cast time) Chakra armor (45 CP, 1s cast, instead lost HP you lost Chakra for 10-15s) Yourself boost (40CP, 1s cast, after you use it, all yours jutsu chakra cost double but also damage too, lasts 10sec,silence user after for 3s) Instant Cloak (40CP, its instant but cloak lasts only 3sek) Over the limit (50CP, when you out of chakra you still can use jutsus but lost HP instead of Chakra, lasts 15-20sec, silence user after for 3s) I think those common jutsu's will help make your own ninja, instead of have the same jutsu kit like other's players with your mastery. Also you shouldn't be able to get them all (jutsu slot's).

Leaf Needs A Weapon Like Other Villages!

I agree with leaf and mist weapon, but i cant imagine every sandie with "legendary" Gaara sand gourd, instead of give Sandies another weapon i would like to keep the actually fan and upgrade regular puppet's, Im not sure how propely upgrade them, but they are just waste a summon scroll for new player, (higher cooldown - higher chakra cost - less damage <- than normal summon) well a tiny suggest from me; At the moment regular puppet's are just weaker version of basic's summon's. Make those sand regular puppet's able be summoned them all in one time (when you summon 2nd puppet that should drain your chakra per 5s and grow with every next puppet). Also you have to kick out some jutsu's from your kit for get free jutsu slot and put here puppet. -
Technically every big update what we have in last year was about give new weapon's for weapon/fan/taijutsu mastery, maybe advanced jutsu's will change the state of game. Sound's fair since poison scalpel is a instant short stun with 10 Chakra cost and deal 20 base damage + posion = ~40/50 damage in total, also Cooldown 4 sec's make it easily to spam 10 chakra cost's compare to other elemental jutsu's cost's look's weird.

Definitely too strong, elemental users have to spend a lot chakra for similar damage like 1 meele hit from Blood tonfas user. Also elementar user can't land easily jutsus like tai meele. i dont think blood tonfas should be able to use with chakra scalpel.

Thats definitely bad idea, you can't land it after chidori but you can try land it in other case's in same way like Earth Prision is landed. Also Lighting Pillars are the strongest stun what player's can use in game atm. i dont think that jutsu was made for be easy to land. -
Im totally agree, that would make sense for form a squad's of 4 people specialized in diffrent thing's, also i feel like war zone doesn't exists in game. just imagine coordinate 4 fire users throw together wide great fire ball in to enemy heal's spot, etc.

Not really As character made before clan's be thing, i think here should be still a way to pick one, why? because in past when we can pick clan a lot of them wasn't finished (i mean clan outfit's, also passives still in work). the other case is not everyone was playing when this option was available.

Ueda answer was "I want people travel around world for trade" (if i remember propely). Similar situation with organization's buffs. About suggestion i like that there is a way Kage's can affect on those NPC -
That's a weird Role Play, where you have to steal enemy village document's/ spy office's/ kill them, That's a weird because after of those thing's, you have a order to take a break "SPA" in enemy village. Let's players do a real Role Play. Change my mind. (would be nice to have truce system which will change mission you get, also not count kill's for WAGING WAR with truce villages)

Instead of stun i would give knock up for 1 tile for every sphere, because stuning opponent is pretty good thing and shouldn't be a thing for damage focused jutsu. My suggestion is : - Add 5/10 sec more CD for wind claw - Remove 30/40 base damage from wind claw (bleeding still op) - Instant cast vacum spheres with knock ups - Also add more chakra cost or cooldown for Vacum spheeres,

As the Rogue ninja you can : - Kill every ninja for get his bounty, - Farm Guren and gafuki (30 min respawn make it a lot better than Guard Duty for villagers) At all if you go kill 14 peoples, probably some of them will give you some bounty. i dont think this mission need higher ryo reward.

"Lack of content to do in the mist" I belive Rory will add soon(tm) place's like bloody puppet's in sand for every village, also add daily mission's which will bring people in to new spot's.

Thats a little off topic, at all im not even playing WM/MED so why you spam there? (cuz you playing fan?) At all that shouldn't be a thing imo, deal tons of damage for 0 chakra and 2s CD. Even @Lumy, the fan user for long time say its too strong @Steezo, Same thing with Drilling air bullets (20 lvl wind jutsu).

Crystal fan has a triple shot projectile (same as drilling air bullets, wind 20 lvl jutsu) those projectiles are broken, cuz you can hit all 3 in to 1 target. My suggestion is just change projectiles for crystal fan, from air bullets in to wind scythe. Also fix the air drilling bullets would be nice... (the same issue as crystal fan and its known for years). have a good day.
