Wind Shuriken has the one of shortest Cooldown's for jutsu,or even the most shortest, same with Chakra Cost, also this jutsu travel a ~12 tiles pretty fast, i would say one of the fastest jutsus in game. Thats fine its cost a one shuriken for cast it, also as someone up mentioned - at 15 level you get the best AoE jutsu for faming on this level gameplay.
  2. what about get bounty hunting or waging war mission as 20 level ninja? in the stage of game where you not even have a single maxed jutsu, and all what you have is 3 jutsus from your mastery, which in mostly case's isn't pretty good in pvp. That's literally force player's to buy kills or brings alt/friends because its mostly rewarder mission, great Role Play /edit those mission's imo would be fine after 35 level, when you reach all of your jutsus
  3. Imagine taking a travel at boat for just test your combos, this is dumb in my opinion. (probably this dummy on boat is add cuz people complain about boring boat travel, so Rory put there dummy as time-taker) I personally feel like Academy would be great place for have straw dummy there, player's can test combos and count amount of damage, also there will be chance when new player's start they adventure can meet at start player's who practice combo, that would make better 1st impression. Of course those straw dummy shouldn't give progress for leveling jutsus. Imagine have RP session and Chunin want teach Genin's how to combo, straw dummy seems like perfect thing for that.     Or just lower the timer in to 3 or 5 seconds, actually is 15 seconds which is extremaly long, even in case 1vs2 (dot's so OP+new regen). Pretty often if you traveling alone and meet group of enemies, its all about one hit and map locking <- thats decide did you survive or no (not in every case, but in mostly)
  6. bring back old target icon's, because currently target icons is very hard to notice which target you targeted.
  7. Dear @Ueda and @Erox Im pretty wonder what is your opinion on this subject, For real we have a war zone's, but they are not really change much atm cuz their location's exist's only near village's in maps which you can easily avoid without effort.

    Its not, if you notice enough fast you can stop move and get only 1 hit instead 2/3 (other things its animation a little lagged?). Free cancel? you still have use Chakra for this jutsu also you can miss, i wouldn't remove slow effect from Mud river but decrease a base damage in to low amount because this is very good AoE CC and let it be how it is. Earth wall dont blocking "ALL", there like almost half of jutsus in game can pierce a earth wall... But earth wall used as interput for enemies cast's is a little annoying, i would just add a little longer selfstun -in this case this jutsu will be still good in defence way but a little weaker in interputs cast's
  9. Yes, This game need more war zone's, that what i say a long time ago. That will force players to create a real TEAM with their own GOALS in battle field. In this case the group of 8 training together players can be more effective than group of 18 randomly players. /edit Also that will force Kage's/Villages to create tactics and learn people what is their role at battle field, i think that give a little more immersion for players and Role Playing. At the moment players just spam their AoE and have hope they hit anything, with war zones instead danger zones we will probably see villages have a requried for villages hunt like same uniform's for make them easily to notification did he is enemy or mate -> thats another Role Playing aspect.   10. Yes, Maybe those arena's shouldn't be in Danger zone, but the path to them, also a good decision would be make a more than 1 way in to this object's. Of course my suggestion wasn't about EVERY tournament, but some of them. they can be even pure RP tournament's with low prizes. All for what i am looking is give a player's more way's for feel immersion and things for what they can fight with other's.
  11. 1. Localized arena's around a world in danger zones, where player's have to come if wanna particape in tournament, 2. Use curently arena's in every village for automatized event, Kage or Jonin can host it for "X" amount of ryo and those points which villager's collect by doing mission's ("Sand village intel" etc.). also make player which host able to change options like do 2vs2 or 1vs1, sand exclusive tournament or for every village etc..
  12. about Wind cyclone : About difference between blue fan and crystal/blood fan is that a stunning is better than knock up for team fights. but in 1vs1 aspect that not really worth invest 20 points in to, also im always was wondering why i deal SAME DAMAGE when i hold Black fan and Blue fan with 60 str stat points invested. Meanwhile sword's which requried more STR have a noticable diffrent in base damage, but fan's doesn't. (Maybe just slightly decrease damage for low level fan's and slightly increase damage for high level fan's) Tornado jutsu for real can be tier 2 or tier 3 instead being a tier 1 with only 15 str requried which is abused by Int user's.   13. All what i want is fairly fight against other groups like Akatsuki or Villages groups. If in game will be more War Zones then i wouldn't even ask.

Hello, When we will be able to play with our friends as missing ninja? without organization we can't play together in the way what we want, i belive there is more player's with this issue, we wait 3/4 months and not even look like anything will change soon, any info about new organization system? @Erox

Hello, in last patch note's jutsu named "Wind Cyclone Technique" get change with distance, In general its nice and let you feel more as distance style ninja, also that's bring me idea about make it also possible to cast in old way with holding left ALT (already mechanic used for "SELF HEAL" for 30 level healing jutsu for medic's). In case where you know your enemy will rush in to your direction, you wouldn't want cast a cyclone of wind a far away of you. Also this mechanic ( "HOLD LEFT ALT" ) can be used in future for other jutsu's for use them in a little diffrent way. have a good day
  17. this is abuse in my eyes, of course i do same thing like every time i take Bounty for mission but in this way we decrease a immersion of player in game. Its abuse because you use dead as "TELEPORT MECHANIC". People do suicide because there no real punishment for dead. I belive make a "Battle Injuries" players not able to run, but walk only -> people still are able to farm or do stuff but they feel for real a BATTLE INJURIES (Also i would add a mechanic where you became dead then you drop 15 tools of every type and 2 chakra/blood pills if you have any, also 1 toad oil, but thats too hardcore i think for players here)

  23. that's a one of a some reason's why i think Nin online is a pretty good game but with weird thing's in side. poison scalpel is a jutsu what deal a lot of damage(22base + ~30dot), cost only 10 chakra and have VERY LOW CD what makes this jutsu just very strongful, you can interput every stand cast with posion scalpel -> that's fine but meanwhile with interputing you just deal a heavy damage even with LOW INT. also that's how flicker work atm, making it pretty useful and easy to use, i just feel like every CROWD CONTROL / STUNS / SNARES / SLOW / KNOCK BACK'S should deal less damage, if we compare a CC jutsus with Non-CC jutsus then we reach that most of them deal a similar damage or even higher than regular jutsus, I mean every CC's in game should have (for example -20 base damage) negative base damage (except lighting?->for make it unique in his way), In theory those type of jutsu's are focused for catch target and make it unable to move -> but meanwhile it deal similar damage as jutsu's which are designed for deal only damage, Just look at wind mask(25lv FAN jutsu) -> its deal 1 damage overall and no one complain its "weak" technique, reason why there is hard to fight 1vs2/3 are because stun's / snare's deal similar damage to normal jutsu - so ninja's in 2vs1 focused for use their CC's move's for keep target in a "stun chain" also they still deal a pretty good damage when enemy is unable to react and quickly became dead.
