After requesting Leaf Specialized Jonin papers being sent previously, ( Since I never got them when I was promoted back then ) Spoke with Erox, and it was sent on the 25th December 2024 & of course I received the email of the delivery. However it wasn’t sent to stash in game, nor inventory , nor the rank NPC in the leaf administration building which led to believe there was an issue with the delivery. Thanks for listening, hope this can be resolved soon. ( not sure if this could be the effect but I was missing Ninja at the time it was sent due to unforeseen circumstances) Below is evidence of the email an stash ingame ( the 2 papers showcased are mist chunin / Jonin )
