    The bat should be Lv 20, 40 str req, 20 base damage. The Nikuya should be re-adjusted to around this too. I think it has a lv 63 str requirement or something strange like that.

    Trying out spiked baseball bat it's quite underwhelming when compared to other sword that require 70str. As it stands twin blades which requires 3lvls more lvls to use is a much better option so to try and prevent it from being another muramasa I'd like to see it reworked or buffed. (My dumbass posted it by accident incomplete) my two suggestions 1)make it a low str req (around 40str maybe) or 2) Add a short affect to it i.e bleed or silence

    There is a error on this news' paper I'd like to comment about, Broccoli is the 22nd Kazakage, not the 23rd. I miscounted it when writing it. Stay tuned to next week Monday for a new newspaper!

    same case with intmed where the level 10 jutsu feels rough but in the endgame both Psenbon and Wind Shuri are great jutsu. think the true solution instead of changing wind shuri to cost no tools which would end up nerfing it would be to give a small amount of cash to lowbies during academy/level 10 arcs

    I agree that the Str requirement should be lowered to 40. What lvl 20 WM has 70 str anyway? It's supposed to be a lvl 20 quest arc.

    I think that we should just see the item as a baseball bat. Shouldnt have anything special to it.
