  1. I'm making these suggestions in an attempt to expand the in-game content and to further streamline the learning curve and leveling process mainly(but not exclusively) for brand-new players. The first part of my suggestion is to make the world map when in the overworld clearer and more comprehensive. Something as simple as a diagram would suffice for a quick fix to this problem. Here is an example of what can be put in the in-game world map: https://picbun.com/p/SslHqSc6 What is actually put in-game should hopefully be a bit more polished than this, but even something like this would be a huge improvement. The lack of a more comprehensive world map, and missions lacking any sort of markers that can lead you to the necessary destination makes this game unnecessarily and disproportionately difficult for new players, in fact, it's one of the things that serves as a barrier of entry to this game, demanding that every new player spends potentially several hours exploring the map not to learn more about it, and not in a logical, progressive way, but all at once solely to find where to complete one mission. If this game expects to reach anything more than a very niche audience of not only Naruto fans/people who can recognize good pvp when they see it, but also only those who are willing to endure throwing many many hours away before they even know what they're getting into, more quality of life additions like this one must be made. Second suggestion in this thread is focused more on introducing new content to the game. The addition of the level 20 arc is great for the game, it eases the pain of being a level 20 lowbie and I'm really glad such addition was made. My suggestion here is a simple one: the addition of two NPCs, first, the " Daily Hunting Task" NPC. This should be an NPC you can talk to every day that will task you with killing a certain amount of a specific monster, the monster and the amount you must kill should be based on your level, as should the rewards(EXP/Ryo/new currency to be spent on another NPC). The NPC also doesn't need to be limited to one hunting task per day, it could give you multiple of those, how many is to be decided by the developer, this NPC should be giving you tasks from as early as level 10, if not earlier. The level 10-16/17 experience in this game, at least for the Leaf Village, is truly insufferable, the new HP regeneration system has made it less insufferable, but I believe it is still too much to ask from new players who are just trying the game out, without even knowing when the mindless grind for pitiful experience per kill will end, with dailies that do not give a reasonable amount of experience and not even knowing when or if that will ever change. That is not a good first impression of the game. The first Hunting Task NPC could make the level10-to-16/17 experience a lot more entertaining, shorter, and give a sense of meaning to it. The second NPC I suggest is similar to the first, a "Hunting Task NPC," this one is supposed to be a one-time NPC, meaning that every task this NPC gives you is part of a one-time progression line. So for example, in the Leaf Village this NPC would task you with killing 25-50 or so Larvas in its very first task, which is for level 1 or above players, once completed, you would be required to be level 5 or above for the next task, which would be to kill 100 or so spiders, once completed, the NPC will require you to be level 10 for its next task, in which it will task you with killing 150? 200? 250? or so wolves, and so on and so on. This would further streamline the leveling experience, especially for low level players, to be more than just mindlessly killing spiders and wolves for hours in the most boring way possible, for incredibly low EXP. The rewards these NPCs provide are to be decided, the daily one should definitely reward EXP, and possibly ryo, with it rewarding nothing but ryo and possibly some sort of special currency that can be traded for cosmetics and whatnot for max level players(at least until the level cap is increased, the NPC should then be re-adjusted to that change). I believe both of these NPCs should reward decent EXP, especially for low level players.

  2. One of the most boring aspects of this game are the daily missions. Since we are delegated to the same three missions for our level range I want to instead highlight a different aspect of this game. I want to bring PVP to the forefront of the game and to also reward it. Players should be able to get better rewards for killing others so that it is actually a way to level up in the game. Right now at level 35 I would need to collect a bounty of 2,100 Ryo to get the same amount for a mission. That means that I would have to kill 42 players. That would be the equivalent of 400 bears. Yet in the time it could take me to kill 400 bears I would have only seen 5 players. Bounty does not reward you for the rarity of finding a player and beating them. It does not reward you for the difficulty and I believe this is only because the missions for it do give higher rewards in exp than normal. But I believe that if we created this as a method to train that it would create a more interesting game.

  3. Dear Ninja, No more logging in with Usernames Beginning May 1st 2022, players will no longer be able to login to their accounts with their Ninja Names. This is part of measures to increase account security on top of our OAuth 2.0 Standard Login System and (optional) Two-Factor Authentication. As Nin Online grows, so does the attractiveness of hackers or stealing accounts. There has been few, but some reports in the past of people using weak guessable passwords without Two-Factor Authentication and getting their account stolen. If you are currently using your Ninja Names to login for certain accounts with throwaway emails or email addresses that are forgettable, you are recommended to do the following... Save your email of each account somewhere safe on your own PC/Machine, or a cloud storage service like Dropbox. Use a password manager like LastPass or Chrome Password Manager to save your login details on our login page. As a reminder, with the new web-based login systems, logging still only needs to be done once per PC/Machine, and with the help of password managers, switching between accounts should be extremely quick and simple! EDIT 4/30/2022: We've launched a new feature to quickly login to multiple accounts without re-authenticating each time.   5. such as? maybe new jutsus or masteries. i think the game would benefit greatly from these kinds of things, i can come up with a hundred ideas of things that would get everyone absolutely hyped and make then have a lot more fun exploring new content. id like to know what these "important things" include that would actually get people excited.

As the title says tool expansion should be a thing whether we get a tool pouch to increase our tool capacity by 100 tools or its class locked either way 200 tools isnt enough especially with the design of this game where you if you start as an Int wm you gotta farm mobs with explosive kunai which consumes tool and as a lvl 10 killing mobs worth 200 kunais wont even get you a half bar of exp thus either increase the tool capacity or make int wm jutsus from lvl 10-20 not consume tools.

  7. Cheaper tools, tool expansion pouch, smoke bombs, grappling hooks, ropes, explosive bombs. More options, more builds, more fun. And pls give us a new weap to hold other than kunai.

  11. Automated Tournaments Part II Team tournaments added. Any team size can be used eg. 2v2, 3v3. Teams are randomly picked and players are added into a group where friendly fire is turned off for the duration of their rounds.

Cell Regeneration Technique now heals more times with shorter intervals (3s -> 2s) in smaller increments Although the description will say that it is healing less, because it is in shorter intervals (5 times over 10s) vs (3 times over 9s) this is a huge buff because it will include 2 additional chakra scaled heal ticks. Poison Senbon Stun reduced from 1.5s to 1s. Poison Scalpel Technique Cooldown Reduced from 9/9/8 to 8/8/7 seconds Land of Waves no longer has Danger Zones, conforming to Land of Toads Level 20 is a bit early to introduce harass to players. Streamlined Story Arcs to not require Summoning Toads You now travel to Land of Iron, Land of Toads simply by interacting with the "Lv.30 Arc" & "Lv.50 Arc" NPCs in your respective Mission Assignment Desks. This is in an effort to streamline/simplify these mission arcs for new players and not require us to maintain the Summoning Toad NPCs, which was running out of dialogue choices.   15. Made it so Bandit HQ checks PvP Timer/Map Lock Timer Moved it to use warp tiles instead of event system warp. Leaf, Sand & Mist Village Hospitals now check PvP Timer/Map Lock Timer In the past we moved it to use event system warps instead of warp attributes (checks PvP timers) because there was an exploit that allowed players to teleport onto the event tiles despite being blocked to get into hospitals. This has since been fixed. Leaf, Sand & Mist Village Housing District Entrance now check PvP Timer/Map Lock Timer They also has a clearer entrances

  16. Fixed bug where tournament would use the wrong player for the match up if the correct player logged out or crashed before their match. Fixed a bug where players who participated in tournaments would lose bounty or their deaths would get credited after the tournament to someone they fought in the tournament.

  17. Auto Tournaments Part II Complete non-Power of Two competitor count single elimination tournaments now supported with Bye Rounds. We also have experimental Round Robin tournament support. We decreased the time between each rounds as well.   18. Auto-Tournaments Part 1 Game Masters can now host 1v1 tournaments fully automated, all it takes is setting up the event name, level range etc. and the tournament will run itself. This is not simply a tournament feature but a general system that is being designed to automate any kind of repetitive event. Other planned features for this include visual brackets, support for team tournaments, FFAs, a timer that displays time till next round and time till the round ends, other prizes and prize modes, round robin support. We will continue to add on to this, improve quality of life and fix any issues remaining. We aim to automate events daily, freeing up our Game Master's time to work on more creative events while giving players more activities to look forward to at a fixed schedule.

Bandit Drops are now tradeable again Fixed 2 crashes to do with missing graphics & corrupted audio (Issue Tracker) Reminder that if you get crashes, just follow the instructions to get your issue resolved on our issue tracker. Reworked Cash Shop / Special Items Stash UI to use new UI with fixed and added functionality @JunPachihas been complaining about this for awhile because he can't redeem cash shop items unless we made this update. It can now be dragged around, if you have too many it scrolls, it's slightly clearer what has been claimed and what hasn't. Fixed Jutsu Functionality The funkiness with certain jutsu (eg. Explosive Kunai Technique) should be fixed now. (Major Combat Change) Chakra Charging & Regeneration Rework We've made some big changes to regenerating Health, Mana and Cooldowns that adds some new complexity to PvP and makes grinding/PvE more pro-active. Health Regeneration now takes place as long as Chakra is full Health Regeneration amount is halved per interval. Health Regeneration increase from Fortitude Stat is reduced substantially. Previously, Health Regeneration only happened after 30 seconds of not running, and outside of combat. Running/Walking no longer plays a part in Health Regeneration, it will regenerate as long as your chakra points is full. Casting Jutsu/Attacking no longer prevents Health Regeneration However, if you are attacked, you cannot regenerate briefly (5s). Sustained damage over time is made more relevant by this. Once your Chakra Bar is full, you can continue charging to reduce CDs Once your chakra is full, you can continue to charge, this will make your character glow white and while doing so, speed up cooldowns of your Jutsu. Every second of charging reduces your cooldown by an additional second, essentially doubling the speed of cooldowns in this mode. Making sure the enemy is unable to charge chakra for a long amount of time is more vital. Fixed crash to do with targeting. Fixed Big Scarabs still dropping candy although event has ended. Fixed a getting stuck issue with Sand Village early mission. Fixed discrepancy between charging speeds between characters/players Fixed missing shuriken sound. Fixed missing weapon hit sounds.   22. Wind Cyclone Technique (Fan) rework Now uses Offset AoE feature instead of just having a larger AoE. It's Hitbox is 5 tiles wide and tall, instead of 7x5 and it is further offset slightly. What this means is the position of the cyclone between and beside the player casting it will no longer be in the hitbox, but it's range has been increased.   23. Knockbacks & Warps now trigger tile effects When you get knocked back or warped into a tile which does something to you, eg. Warp, Death etc. You now trigger the tile immediately, instead of on the next step. This might break some things or cause unexpected changes. This fixes people remaining alive in the death zone in Pushball Event. (Admin Only) Cancel Blessing Command (/cancelblessing) Admins/GMs can cancel existing blessings. One reason for this is to moderate bad blessing messages, but I'm sure we'll find other times we'll need this. When this command is used, theblessing players will automatically be gifted a Blessing item in their Mailbox.   24. Target Outline Color Options You can now customize the color of target outlines to something that you prefer. Render Outlines Above Everything Our shader for outlines now renders above day/night overlays, buildings and weather. The target icon (shuriken thing between you and target) as well! This should make it much easier to notice Blessing Messages When you pop a blessing now, it'll prompt you to insert a message. This can be anything, from "S > Blanks at 300 ryo" or "Subscribe to my youtube channel". It will display under your character displayed at the side of the screen of every player for the duration of the blessing. Added No tifications System Currently only used to notify players when they are added into a Corp, and when they receive mail. Soon will be used to accept/reject friend, team and trade invites. Transformations now give you the target player's name Doesn't currently take the clan name & name color. Hair Colors (& Hair Color Dye) Rework We've reworked hair colors to allow for players to recolor their hairs from any color they'd like. This also includes coloring individual segments of hair styles with accessories in them! Here's an example... Player Bodies now Fade out smoothly Fixed Target's Team Display Chat Bubbles are hidden for players who are cloaked When you use Cloak of Invisibility Technique, your chat bubble is now hidden to players who cannot see you. Added Amounts in Item Name Display on Map (eg. 30 Ryo instead of Ryo) Offset AoE/Projectiles We can now make jutsu that spawn on an offset from the casting player. Eg. a Jutsu that creates a whirlwind 10 tiles ahead of the player.
