  1. The jail jutsu is literally a 30 minutes ban. It is a privilege to be able to use this jutsu and abuses of this said jutsu should be fixed by a GM. This jutsu holds the same weight as the privilege to give rp missions. It should not be abused as its stricly used for RP purpose rather than malicious intent. Which this mass jailfest was. The player who did this should also be banned.

  2. After listening to @Ueda and @Serias talk about the vision of the game and the amount of effort that went into implementing the Hidden Mist Village and the Hidden Sand Village me and my friend @SpellWiz started brainstorming ideas and a village layout for the Hidden Cloud Village. This is what we came up with, because Rory and Serias appreicate any playermade content that could contribute to future development and success of NinOnline Basic line-art of cloud village layout I imagine use of flicker pads and bridges to traverse the village Exclusive Passive: Body Flicker range is increased by 2 tiles. Decently balanced mastery. Similar to Sand's perfect cloak. Due to the Cloud Village's structure, it's ninja have adapted to traverse the large gaps. Exclusive Combo Mastery: Laser [Water / Lightning] Ninja from the Cloud Village have passed down techniques that utilize Storm release to create focused lasers. Exclusive Alternate Mastery: Cloud-style Kenjutsu [Weapon Master] Agility-locked sword(s) with agility-based weapon master skills. Can use strength-based weapon master skills with the cloud-locked swords, and vice versa. Agility and strength-based weapon master skills share respective cooldowns. Any cloud-locked swords have lower base-damage than current swords, but higher attack speed. Level 10: Cloud-style Backlash Slash Free-aim-based skill. Charge and perform an upwards slash, interrupting casting jutsu on-hit. 1-2 tiles directly in-front of the user and 2-1 second standing-running cast-time based on level. Level 15: Cloud-style Reverse Beheading Free-aim-based skill. Spin instantly, dealing damage to all enemies within 1 tile. 1s - Instant cast-time based on level, 1 tile radius in all directions. Level 20: Cloud-style Riposte Free-aim-based skill. Users swiftly lunge forward creating an extended range of up to 3 tiles. 3-2 second running cast-time based on level. Level 25: Cloud-style Afterimage Strike Target-based skill. After seemingly splitting into 3 from the intense speed, users instantly move in-front of and attack their target up to 3 times instantly. 2-1 second running cast-time and 3-7 tile range based on level. The user briefly appears surrounding the target on all sides except directly behind them, and any spots unavailable reduce the amount of hits. Level 30: Cloud-style Deception Beheading Substitution-based skill. The user feigns Substitution Technique, preparing to counter. Before receiving an attack, they reappear right in-front of the attacker and launch a counterattack. Level 35: Cloud-style Crescent Moon Target-based skill. Makes the user instantly move in-front of their target and widely slash, creating a large crescent shape hitting all enemies within 2 tiles on all sides of the user, except directly behind. 2-1 second run-cast and 2-4 tile range based on level. Exclusive Summons: Drill Bird Walk/Flicker. Lunges forward to attack head-on with it's beak, creating an extended range. (2-6 tile range based on level) Not as ugly or huge as Pain's monster. Baku Stationary/Target-facing. Pulls in all enemies in a cone-shaped radius. (3-7 tile furthest-point range and 1-2 tile knockback towards summon based on level) Not as huge as Danzo's monster. Or a simpler elephant. Exclusive Organization: Kinkaku Force 5 Members. Aimed to be a heavy team-play based squad. Bashōsen (Fan): Weapon-slot item with jutsu-on-basic. Random large-scale element-based attack is released on auto-attack. High damage, as well as effects based on element. Cost 100 chakra per-cast. Gives 25 intellect. Kohaku no Jōhei (Pot): Weapon-slot item with jutsu-on-basic. On use, pulls target towards snared user. (Think 1 tile knockback towards the user, 2 tiles if target is below 50%) Consumes 100 chakra per-second. If a target is touching the user, while below 20% health, they are killed and instantly sent to their hospital and counted as a kill for the pot's user. Gives 25 fortitude. The next three are a testament to the "team-play" design of the organization Kōkinjō (Rope): Weapon-slot item with jutsu-on-basic. Upon the user successfully landing an auto attack on a target without "Word Soul Leak", "Word Soul Extract", "Word Soul Seal", nor "Word Soul Sentence" debuffs, 100 chakra is consumed and the target receives the "Word Soul Leak" debuff for 30 seconds. Gives 25 agility. Shichiseiken (Sword): Weapon-slot item with jutsu-on-basic. Upon the user successfully landing an auto attack on a target with "Word Soul Leak", 100 chakra is consumed, the target's "Word Soul Leak" is removed and they receive the "Word Soul Extract" debuff for 30 seconds. A linked, targetable and invincible, "Word Soul" mob is spawned at the location for the debuff's duration. Gives 25 strength. Benihisago (Gourd): Weapon-slot item with jutsu-on-basic. Only with a "Word Soul" mob as a target, on use the user pulls the target towards themselves. (Think 2 tile knockback towards the user) If the target touches the user, it is unspawned and whomever it is linked to has "Word Soul Leak" removed and receives the "Word Soul Seal" debuff for 30 seconds. After "Word Soul Seal's" duration you receive "Word Soul Sentence" for 30 seconds, during which you are pulled toward the gourd's user. (Think 2 tile knockback towards the user, 3 tiles if target is below 50%) Anyone touching the gourd's user while under the effects of "Word Soul Sentence" are killed and instantly sent to their hospital and counted as a kill for the gourd's user. Consumes 50 chakra per-second while pulling anyone. Insignificant chakra results in the inability to pull "Word Soul" mobs, as well as no one with "Word Soul Sentence" being pulled in. Those affected by "Word Soul Sentence" are only pulled while the gourd is equipped. Gives 25 chakra. Cloud Village is years-away content, and I expect literally nothing to come of this post besides simple chatting. For most things I have given example cast-times, ranges, etc. but more balancing would be required for any actual implementation. The organization items may sound a bit OP or over-tuned, but compared to puppets/ssm I would defend the suggestions. Specifically, the 3-man combo items would require 100 chakra each and 30 seconds to execute 1 person, which a 3-man squad should be able to do easier than using these items. The theory is 3-man comboing the healers and killing everyone else. Also, the Gourd user would be a target the entire time to stop the effects of "Word Soul Sentence." There's also the village layout; according to the devblogs, round buildings are especially tough...that's the entire village. Flicker pads is a personal preference, as I feel that it would be cool to traverse the village that way. Based off the basic line-drawings, a pure conversion to pixel-art and mapping wouldn't be possible, but the ideas are there.

  3. Drippy Blade Semi-Joke recommendation since I know nothing would come of it buttt I'd like for one of the drippiest blades ingame to be open to everyone who wishes to use it. I propose making Wooden Katana not have a strength requirement, this blade itself is nearly purely cosmetic as its base is the worst ingame, swing speed is quite bad, and also has no special effects since it is literally the veryy first blade, so why not make it usable by all without needing that 7 points into strength to get it cause afterall its basically just a wooden stick and who needs strength to use a wooden stick Thank you for coming, this has been my Nin-Talk

  5. Dear Ninja, No more logging in with Usernames Beginning May 1st 2022, players will no longer be able to login to their accounts with their Ninja Names. This is part of measures to increase account security on top of our OAuth 2.0 Standard Login System and (optional) Two-Factor Authentication. As Nin Online grows, so does the attractiveness of hackers or stealing accounts. There has been few, but some reports in the past of people using weak guessable passwords without Two-Factor Authentication and getting their account stolen. If you are currently using your Ninja Names to login for certain accounts with throwaway emails or email addresses that are forgettable, you are recommended to do the following... Save your email of each account somewhere safe on your own PC/Machine, or a cloud storage service like Dropbox. Use a password manager like LastPass or Chrome Password Manager to save your login details on our login page. As a reminder, with the new web-based login systems, logging still only needs to be done once per PC/Machine, and with the help of password managers, switching between accounts should be extremely quick and simple! EDIT 4/30/2022: We've launched a new feature to quickly login to multiple accounts without re-authenticating each time. We planned this launch to coincide with the increased security measures for convenience. Regards, Ueda

  6. This post is not intended to break any forum rules, nor is the intention to call out the individual involved. It is simply a suggestive pole intended to aid the process of the game mechanics by removing unnecessary space. So, anyone who knows about Melina knows that he is obviously still alive and is Deepu's alt, and about how he basically lied to the entire community about his own death. Because of this, this statue is a waste of space and doesn't need to be here anymore. This is a scandal and effects the reputation of Nin Online negatively. Lying about being dead to an entire community proves that this individual is not kind. In fact, this ruins the chances for statues of any other players to be added in if they actually died. Also, it is essentially a slap in the face to anyone who really is dead.

  8. War events used to be hosted on a unique cave map. The kage's would use the village points to determine which type of players they could summon into the arena to fight (i.e. Genin, Chunin, Jonin, Lv 50s). The village that won the war event would be able to purchase a black ceramic armor. Then later on, this turned into a total village vs village war on the desert WZ map. Now the latest one was hosted in Yoru's basement. Personally, I liked the first concept the best, however the map needs to be slightly bigger, and the point system needs to make more sense. Rory would just make up random numbers like you need xxxx to put this. The points were used off of his head instead of based off an actual guideline. The black ceramic was a great reward, but having to pay for it after the win is a little tilting.

  9. You should teach these rules to Drusilla no cap. Rory should add a proper mutiny system. Jailing seems too one-sided with no real results.

  10. Cheaper tools, tool expansion pouch, smoke bombs, grappling hooks, ropes, explosive bombs. More options, more builds, more fun. And pls give us a new weap to hold other than kunai.

  11. I should get a Statue for having killed the entire playerbase over 30 times.

  12. There should be weapons though that are able to be held by everyone. They do not got to be necessarily strong, basic kunai does 10 damage. It's just boring to see everyone holding that one knife.

  14. I think that a dude creating a girl catfish account is already weird enough. Faking your girl catfich character death so ppl mourne her is just another day into nin online's community. I think that the story is more of a funny story than a frustrating story. You simps were fooled and were actually sad that a fat dude with a girl account faked his death. We should keep this statue as a reminder. A reminder not to simp over girls on the internet because they are fully grown man with a huge and hairy...head. History here even showed us that girls talking into the voice chats are still males.

  15. Not to be incendiary but when your game is very tightly wound and created around PvP and grinding (which is true, even in spite of its false RP narrative that isn't properly enforced or perpetuated), you kinda need player-run guilds and not three premades to lump people into. People don't wanna have to jump through hoops to get into an Org that will be seasonally dead most of the time, so why not let them create the playing field themselves?

  16. 1) There should be an in-game way to pass on leadership to prevent cliques from forming. 2) Hermits being used to raid does not make sense given the name. 3) All missing organizations should have different spawn points. It all being located in the same village makes 0 sense.

  17. Disclaimer: Most of the post content is already present on nin online wiki(https://ninonline.fandom.com/wiki/Nin_Online_Wiki) in even more detail than this. this is my take on it as I like to make guide and Rogue is my one of my fav village in design. ty @SDZ for providing ss of akatsuki cloak and ring. Rogue Ninja Rogue Ninja are ninja who left their village without the intention of returning, often because they have committed criminal acts or to pursue other personal gains. There are three areas to play as a rogue you can play and spawn in any of them with certain conditions but can only get your mission from the Takumi village. Things unique about being a rogue Political Atmosphere There is no absolute power like Kage above you when you are rogue you are free to do what you want the Daiymo doesn't care about what rogues do but this also means that organization and rogues want to take control over other rogues by any means usually by spam killing and telling other what to do. Akatsuki organization is usually on the top since it's made up of the best players in the game but from time to time other organizations come and take over rogues. Missions As a rogue, you get more killing and bounty missions compared to retrieving missions these missions are harder in comparison to village missions but give more experience. Teaming you can only team with other rogues and share missions with them. Passive There is no passive for rogues but rather you keep your village passive from before. For example: If you were sand and had perfect cloak passive and you go rogue your passive will still be the perfect cloak. Hidden Mastery There is no hidden mastery for a rogue but rather you keep your village hidden mastery from before. for example: If you were a mist ninja and had bubble mastery and get exiled your hidden mastery will still be bubble mastery and you can't use other hidden mastery also if you want bubble mastery Jutsu you will need to go to mist village and buy it from there scroll shop. Friendly Fire Unlike villages, rogues have a friendly fire so if you attack another rogue they will get dmg this is beneficial when you want to take revenge but a downside when hunting with other rogues. you can only stop the friendly fire by teaming or being in the same organization (organization cap:20). Summons Rogues get 3 summon and 2 summon from their village Ninken: It's a good summon that throws Fuma shuriken and uses bite which gives bleed good when you need to combo someone. Monkey: Monkey uses knockback and has good dmg it's useful for stopping enemy cast Jutsu and charge chakra but at the same time push them out of your combo or stun which might save the enemy's life. Snake: The snake is a damage dealer it does 99 dmg and uses poison unlike monkey and Ninken it doesn't stun but rather focuses on dmg useful if you have low dmg. Akatsuki Akatsuki (暁, literally meaning: "Dawn" or "Daybreak") was a group of shinobi that existed outside the usual system of hidden villages. Over several decades, Akatsuki took different forms and was led by different individuals. Though each iteration is viewed as either subversives or criminals, all seek to make the world a better place through their means. Each Akatsuki tended to have multiple lairs across the world, inaccessible either due to their remoteness of the various security measures that protected them. Org Buff Org Gear How to join: To join the organization you need to be one of the strongest ninjas in the game and need the permission of the current Akatsuki leader how you get accepted in Akatsuki differ from different Akatsuki leader but usually it's a spar with one of the current member or the leader himself. Different village for rogue Takumi Takumi Village (匠の里, Takumi no Sato, literally meaning: Village of Artisans) is a village that resides in the Land of Rivers. It was founded approximately one hundred years ago by a man named Seimei. Takumi is known for its skills in making weaponry, many of which are sold to the ninja villages of the world. However, each time relations worsened between the larger villages, Takumi was attacked by one village over the fear of their ninja tools crossing to the other village. Yet they still had to curry aid with the larger villages to survive. Over time, their clientele from the other villages grew in skill, making the crafted weapons obsolete. When the village faced hard times they requested help but were ignored. Certain skilled Takumi villagers grew resentful and felt the villages didn't respect them for all the help their weapons provided in the past, having repaid their aid with attacks in the past. Four skilled craftsmen trained harder than the others in the ninja arts, wore the Takumi symbol on their forehead protector, and sought to resurrect their village founder, Seimei. They planned to resurrect him using the One-Tailed Shukaku inside of Gaara and use him to seek revenge against the Five Great Shinobi Villages. They operated under the name Four Celestial Symbols Men, or the Four Heavenly Directions. This name stemmed from the characters in their name matching with the deities of the directions: Hōki the Turtle, Kujaku the Bird, Ryūgan the Dragon, and Suiko the Tiger. How to spawn in Takumi You can spawn in Takumi freely once you are exiled or left the village Different shops in Takumi Charm shop you can get buffs based on your charm from the charm shop How to get your charm? you need to pay 500 Ryo to check your charm and 10 Ryo afterward to buy your charm each charm works for 600seconds Example of charm and buff Cheap tools In Takumi, you can get cheaper tools compared to the village Example in the village 100 shurikens cost 200 Ryo but in the Takumi shop only 130 Ryo. Clothes shop Different types of clothes compared to what's offered in the villages. Danger Dango This dessert is tasty but dmg's you when you eat it this can be sold to leaf ninja as they need it for their starting missions. Event shop The event shop is a special shop that's got a lot of good items but rather than paying with Ryo you need to pay with an event coupon that can be obtained from the game master by participating in events. Veiled Sakkat You can make this item after doing the mission the NPC give Ingredients needed Effect given Weapons You can buy basic weapons from here. Different mobs near Takumi Bee A starting level mob that does not aggro till provoked. Drops Bee Hive A starting level mob that is stationary and does not aggro till provoked. Drops Hornet A middle-level mob that attacks anyone it sees. Drops Tiger A middle-level mob that attacks anyone it sees. Drops White tiger A middle-level mob that attacks anyone it sees. Drops Guren A boss level monster that flickers and use taijutsu techniques. Drops Gafuki A boss-level monster that flickers and uses mud river technique. Drops Tanzaku Tanzaku Quarters (短冊街, Tanzaku-Gai, English TV: Tanzaku Town, literally meaning: Poem Card Quarters) resides in the Land of Fire and is a fair distance from Konoha. It is a lively town that attracts many adults due to its gambling opportunities and fine women. Much of the Search for Tsunade takes place in or around Tanzaku Quarters at the same time that a festival is going on. The Tanzaku Castle (短冊城, Tanzaku-jō, literally meaning: Poem Card Castle) was a popular tourist attraction, but it is destroyed by Orochimaru. How to spawn in Tanzaku You need to pay 25 Ryo whenever you want to spawn into Tanzaku. Different shops in Tanzaku Tanzaku pub This pub sells sake which is useful for Taijutsu users. Honey Seller You can buy honey from here in exchange for the honeycomb that you get from killing bees, beehives, and hornets. Tools and weapons Tools You can buy weapons and tools for a normal price. Weapon Slot machine You can come here and roll in the hope of getting more money than what you put in. You can play this game by 5 Ryo each try. Dice rolls You can come here and roll the dice for the hope of winning. You need to pay 20 Ryo each time. How to play? Different mobs near Tanzaku Bee A starting level mob that does not aggro till provoked. Drops Bee Hive A starting level mob that is stationary and does not aggro till provoked. Drops Hornet A middle-level mob that attacks anyone it sees. Drops Dark monkey king A high-level boss mob does high dmg and knocks back but does not aggro till provoked. Drops Cursed lab Surugami looks over cursed lab It's abandon lab where a lot of experiments taken place the test subjects still walks there to this day. How to spawn in Cursed Lab Step 1: talk to Surugami Step 2: press on set "spawn point" Step 3: now you can spawn there anytime for free (Tips: rather than running up to cursed lab you can get less than 25 Ryo and get the option to spawn there) Different shops in cursed lab Kaku Protector Poison kunai A weapon that inflicts more damage than a normal kunai plus gives them a poison effect Ingredients needed Different mobs near cursed Lab Host These are high-level mobs that flicker and do high dmg and aggro when they see you. Drops Bear These are high-level mobs stuns and do high dmg and aggro when they see you. Drops Koitaru A high-level boss mob does not aggro until provoked but after aggro, it uses AOE Jutsu and high dmg Drops Chimeriko A high-level boss mob does not aggro until provoked but after aggro, it attacks high dmg Drops Pros and Cons Pros Not having a force above you set you free on whatever you do and you won't be punished. You get better missions that give more experience compared to normal ones. You can team different mastery players that you won't be able to normally(For example A gentle fist user can team with fan mastery players). You have friendly fire on which means anyone not in your team is treated as an enemy, This means you can kill anyone you hate or don't like. Able to get the Snake Summon. Can join the Akatsuki org. Unlike the villages where you can only spawn in your hospital being a rogue gives you a lot of freedom and make you choose between 3 spawns points that cover a huge area in the overworld and make doing mission easier. Having a spawn point near leaf(Tanzaku) make doing leaf missions easier. In Takumi, Able to get cheaper tools compared to other places. Easy access to two raid boss Monkey boss and Chimeriko. In the cursed lab, Easy access to the bone boss(Koitaru). In Takumi village, You can kill the two boss which spawns every 30 min(Guren and Gafuki after killed and drop good items and Ryo as a guaranteed drop. In Takumi, Easy access to shops like Charm shop, Danger Dango, Event shop, and Veiled Sakkat. In the cursed lab, Easy access to shops like Kaku protector, Poison kunai. In Tanzaku, Easy access to shops like Tanzaku pub (sake), Honey seller, Dice rolls, and Slot machines. Cons Not having authority above you means that you won't be protected from conflict and spam killing. The missions are hard compared to what you get in villages leading to not able to do all 3 of them sometimes in the spam time of one daily reset. Unlike a village, You can attack others because of friendly fire but this makes it harder to go hunt with a large group or defend yourself from a raid unless you are in the same org. There is only one official org for rogues with only 10 spots which makes it harder to get in Akat org and enjoy buffs. Tanzaku bein near leaf village and under the land of fire, territory causes the rogue to die from the leaf village. You can easily be spam killed because of friendly fire as a rogue. You can't help others who are getting attacked by other rogues because this might cause you to be spam killed as well. Note: More updates will come if more content get's added or I remember a thing.
