Hello guys, its me Indra for yet another whinning topic! Today im talking about buffs and why they are a bad thing for the game. First : What are the player buffs? The player buffs are unbalances created by organisation items that adds lots of stats to your character and for 7 out of the 66ish of them, attacks. Why is it unbalanced? : Player buffs are not accessible to everyone. There are limited numbers of people able to join orgs and those are friends chosing friends for most of the times. They increase stats which gives an advantage to the boosted players over their enemies. Why having them makes no sense? : Player buffs are made from strong organisations from the anime/manga. Being in one of those org wasnt what made them strong. But them being strong made those join the orgs. Their skills and own abilites got them a place into the anbu's and akatsuki for an exemple. In naruto, genins killed akatsuki members more than an anbu could ever dream of. The reason being anbu's were not anbus because they were stronger than others. Gai was denied from the anbu org because he didnt have what it take. That same dude was named the strongest by a legendary rinnegan user who had become the 10 tailed jinchuriki. Anbu's are diciplined, cold and docile soldiers. They are not warriors. Akatsuki members are elite selfish genius gone mad. Most of them were killed by genins/chunins because they are not the strongest. the daimo's guardian were not the strongest either. You get the point. Those were jobs/teams. Why are they toxic for the game? : Imagine you change map and instantly get flicker comboed by a 7sm. You are now locked down in a map with him. The chances you win the fight or escape are far bellow the average chances of an normal non-buffed player encounter. This person is stronger than you mathematically. Is it fair? totally not. Boosted players can kill bosses easier than non-buffed players. Making them loot items more often. This directly impacts the in-game economy AND BALANCE since drops are sometimes really good weapons. Is it fair? Totally not. Buffs are given to the players who hunts the most. Making those very noticable and impactfull in a bad ways. They are acting like the rogues in world of warcraft that goes into lvl 1 zones and spam kill them for ''fun''. They kill lowbies because the buff gives them content. The more they use that content, the more the game dies. The more the game dies, the more they rely on that content to make sure their amusement survives. The more they do it, the more the game dies. Rince and repeat.

Everything in this game is supposed to have a drawback. These org buffs have no drawbacks, and are free spammable jutsu weapons made to put some players a tier above others just because.

Leaf Village Rulebook 1.Do not attack leafies without mutual consent unless requested by a higher rank to do so Punishment:strike/exile depending on severity 2.Do not aid our enemies in any way within leaf territory while or when leafies are around -healing, reviving -tagging -giving intel -aiding them aganist leafies -helping them do missions inside leaf teritory unless you are a bodyguard etc. -if you do any of the above while we are being raided you will be exiled Punishment:jail/strike/exile depending on severity 3.You must help your ally if he is being attacked -an exception is if you got documents/spy/survey(or other missions that require you to go from A to B without dying) -if you are caught sparring in village while we are being raided you will be exiled Punishment:jail/exile 4.Toxicity, stealing and scamming are not tolerated in our village -this also applies if you are scamming or being toxic towards an enemy. -things such as bounty scam and faking to be a bodyguard will also be punished Punishment: -for general toxicity you will be jailed -for IRL insults you will be striked or exiled depending on severity -if you bounty scam you will be jailed -if you fake to be a bodyguard you will be jailed -If you scam/steal from another player you will be exiled 5.Respect and follow the orders of higher ranked ninjas The hierarchy of ranks will be the following: Kage > Council > Advisor > Organization Leader>Former Kage > Jonin > Chunin > Speacialized Jonin > Genin -if you abuse your rank you will be punished -if you disobey your higher ranks you will be punished Punishment:jail/demoting 6.Do not use transformation jutsu on Kage, ANBU and LMPF on duty Punishment:jail 7.The Hokage’s orders are absolute, you must follow and respect them. NEW ALT NEW LIFE RULE New alt new life rule must be respected but not abused. Leaf mains that are caught doing antileaf activities on their alts will be exiled. For known enemies that want to have a leaf character they want to chill/raid with from time to time, you have to get kage's approval. Your leaf character will be prohibited from doing the following: -They can't join official organizations -They can't join internal pvp based events(I don't want kisame of the akatsuki to take abdulramen69's prize) -They can’t join Leaf Discord STRIKE SYSTEM -3 jails will result in 1 strike -3 strikes will result in exile -you can remove strikes by paying an amount that is to be decided by LMPF and Kage PARDON AND FLAG SYSTEM -to request a pardon it will cost you 2k -if you get pardoned you will be flagged for one month -to remove your flag you have to pay 4k(1k per week) -while you are flagged, any rule you break will be punished with exile -while you are flagged you can't join official organizations or promote in Chunin Exams ESCORT SYSTEM -people that escort are called bodyguards -enemies can request to be escorted to do their missions by LMPF or Medical Corps. This means having one leaf player that’s part of one of these organizations walk with you to spa/documents/spy and then back to the village exit, whatever happens to you after reaching the village gates isn’t our problem anymore -the prices are from 200 to 350 ryo depending on your mission -if you get scammed feel free to report and the one that scammed you will be jailed

If two people can agree on one person, move to step 2. 2. Approach the ninja chosen and ask if he is willing to commit to becoming Hokage for the next 6 months. 3. akatsuki is dead. tourney should be here already. I met 2 akatsuki in dz once thats all, dont lie about it u dont play as akatsuki at all. most of akatsuki's members dont play the game, u holding main takumi content for yourself without giving anyone a chance to join. we dont hear about akatsuki, we dont see akatsuki, we play the game, we know who plays who dont. even taka was more active then you in akat. tourney when? @Ueda pls

this guy might be stupid u just giving more the reason to fix gf users being able to use sword and instead use PP lol?

I agree with this since them wearing a sword is just wrong in my opinion.. Gentle fist kit should be accessible after activating pressur points which should be reworked as a buff with no timer but goes off with a 60 sec cd when you equipe something. So you basically would think twice before equiping a sword. There are many fix to the problem but many are hard work fix to achieve a similar goal. Gentle fists users shouldnt benefit from sword unless their are weapon masters. No hyugas ever used a sword because their fighting style doesnt require one. Wm gf combo are really wack and dont fit.
