  3. This post should have happened maximum a year after that 2018 post. As I fully understand where you are going and why it is best to work on other stuff, I feel like we have been hyped and missled by you. We are not a big community and we are the core reason of why Nin Online is still a thing. Yet you kept the truth from us for years. We know very little of what you are planing and why certain things are the way they are even tho most of us, this precious community, cant understand the reasoning without answers. Many jutsu's are the way they currently are because of advanced and many in game unbalance were unchanged because of advanced. Advanced were the reasoning behind lots of things that didnt make sence to us. But we waited because advanced masteries were suppose to be the answer to our many questions. We endured true unbalance and a medical ninja pandemic because things were supposed to be set for the future balance. It was only natural for us to spam you and question you about advanced masteries. I know this was annoying, but if you had said the truth from the begining, for my part I wouldnt feel lied. As for now, since the advanced are cancelled, it would be nice if the in game pvp balance is not based around the future and actually based around what it is currently. Yours truly, Nin Online lover and addict since 2015, Indra.

  4. I've been transparent all this while. People saying I've kept this from people for years. I've not mentioned that we were working on it all this while. I've in fact been saying the opposite. Everything I say in this community is lost in the void and at the end of the day, any form of communication just seems like a mistake. Every criticism put towards me, is appalling to me because I've specifically addressed all those things and responded to all those questions, many times on streams, in announcements, in discord all these years. Nothing gets through, everyone's been self-hyping this for years despite my best attempts at telling people not to. This is my attempt at making it clear. It's only resulted it hate, and I'm done with that. Things are going to change in that regard.

  5. Since Advanced is out of the picture can we please nerf this jutsu once and for all? Most people were going by the logic that stuff like Water/Med, WM/Med and other Med hybrids are broken right now cause they won't get advanced, but if advanced is not happening then they seriously need a nerf. Poison Scalpel instantly stuns people and leads to combos that can be more damaging than combos that some Lightning combinations can dish out. I thought that the whole point of the INT side of Medic was that it plays off poison DoT, but right now the main focus of this mastery is to stun with Poison Scalpel and then spit out every instant cast you have to burst the enemy as much as possible. There is two ways I think this jutsu could be nerfed: 1. Make the jutsu silence for 0.5 seconds instead of stunning for 0.5 seconds. 2. Remove the stun from Poison Scalpel, but give that same stun to Poison Cloud jutsu. The tradeoff here is that instead of being able to stun a single target every 5 seconds, you get a bigger AoE stun that has an 18 second cooldown. This way Medic still has one useful cancel for stuff like Crescent or Cutter, but it's instant combo potential is greatly reduced.

  6. for int: Level 50: Level 60: for str wm/med: Depends completely on playstyle, but the most generic build: If you plan on using a fan or pipe for the Int path, take out 15 points from int and put them into strength to hit the 20 requirement.

  7. Dear Ninja, Someone said something about how I'm taking forever to release advanced mastery and hence that nothing is being done. I've said this many times since that development timeline was made mentioning that we were going to start working on it in 2018 that we're NOT currently working on Advanced Masteries and have not been for years. There are bigger priorities at the moment than expanding the game content further vertically. We are lacking in major features, lacking in our core technologies for more expansion and we're focused on reworking major systems of the game like Organizations. Advanced Masteries has been on hold in terms of development since around a year after that dev log was made. Since then we have released the 3rd faction of the game, clans, summons, toad village, land of iron, remade the entire game in C# & modern technologies, added hundreds of items, dozens of new mobs, a new mastery. Plans change. If you're using when one specific feature that we've specifically said has been not the development focus for years as the benchmark of what is progress for the game. You will be sorely disappointed. As of today, to make it plain and simple, Advanced Masteries is cancelled. It will not be happening. Don't wait for it. If that is the thing that keeps you going, don't let it be. EDIT: Nothings changed. We've not been working on Advanced Masteries the way people have been hyping for years now. We've been focusing on reworking the entire game so that when we eventually work on expanding content vertically, it will be worth expanding. The problem is as we were working on Advanced Masteries we were tasked with creating hundreds of new jutsu, it became apparent - everything new being made was just a scaled up reskin of jutsu that already exists with bigger hitboxes or more damage. This wasn't fun. The reason we're reworking the entire game's engine is so we can add more features to it so jutsu aren't just reskins of each other. The reason I announced that Advanced Masteries is cancelled is because the amount of hype people have been having is unproportioned to what it would've been if we just "hurry and released advanced masteries" like a lot of people want. Instead, over the past 3 years we've increased content in other ways besides just adding further linear progression to higher levels, we've expanded content by adding more ways you can make your own ninja unique by introducing clans and summons for example which will be two other ways players will be able to build their character differently. Advanced Masteries in the way that was announced in 2018 and soon after stopped being worked on is cancelled. Any further content progression will be something entirely different and is being worked on from the ground up with the new capabilities of the new engine in mind and has always been, but will not be what we announced back then. 8. Hello ! Today i want to suggest My suggest is : Forbidden zone for really hunting is zone be in it good or rare drop be specific to this area if you died in that zone any drop you will lost any thing you get it in that zone it from that zone if you are lost other player can loot that drop from that zone we can call that forbidden zone you will win more or lost more In this place no rule because you are the rule In this place where there is no law but your power can make law In this place Where you can betray all the other people : Even if it is from your village, a friend or a member of your team ....................................................... I imagined this Forbidden zone 1 - You can find in that zone only high level people . Example Level : 50 to UP . 2 - You can find in that rare drop be specific to this area 3 - in that zone if diad you well be lost any drop you get it from that area 4 - in that zone you can betray all the other people 5 - in that zone you loot the drop from any one you kill him if he have drop from that area 6 - in that zone if have any drop from that area you cant can only leave after a certain time has passed . Example : 30 sec like ship in mist 7 - in that zone you can kill any one from your village, a friend or a member of your team ............................................... Why do I think this is a good idea? 1 - People are encouraged to play for different reasons. I believe this suggestion would add an incentive for people to go into Forbidden Zones in hopes of finding any other player for loot him and get all drop of him and that will be a challenge to be reckoned 2 - Encouraging team work 3 - Make people more careful

  9. It's definently in a weird spot. The reason INT path was touched at first was > poison senbon used to be what scalpel is now but with a longer stun duration > this was changed by adding cast time on it due to player's criticism of a flicker combo. Now we have the same scenario with scalpel, again due to player's criticism of a flicker combo. In my honest opinion as someone who has used medical path for a very long time, I believe that removing the stun is the correct path for balance. I would give it the larger hitbox it used to have, with a slightly longer cooldown. It would still be a very good close combat jutsu, fairly easy to land against a melee threat, easy to place in a chain combo being an instant cast damaging jutsu, just not as the starter.

  10. I don't even play int medic like that but I already know by implanting these nerfs it will hit way too hard, if you add the first one for example, a silence for 0.5 seconds up close won't do shit when you know damn well someone can just throw jutsus/burst while being silenced for that long, and int medic lacks burst so if you even want to attempt to trade off damage you will need to fully rely on your 2nd mastery and you'd still most likely take more damage. The 2nd idea is better but still a huge nerf, Scalpel would just end up like a close range shuriken probably even weaker imo since you can actually shoot shuriken far range, point is Scalpel wouldn't really be good then you just gotta compare it to it's other offensive attack kits which is only 3 jutsus in total, we all know Scalpel was carrying the offensive side of Int Medic and by turning in into a jutsu that doesn't even snare/silence/stun it won't even be worth hitting because we all know someone like a WM for example would just keep meleeing it without fear of getting stunned or anything and depending on the sword would get out damaged, same with tai too and plenty of other examples with other jutsus. Other masteries have something Water: Good defensive with the double sub, Water prison combo starter Fire: Good burst Wind: Good burst, Homing Earth: Good Aoes, Homing Lighting: Stuns (I mean the mastery is pretty iffy anyways well known for being asked for a buff) Tai: Double sub, Great cancels, Melees Wm Str: Homings, Melees Int Wm: Traps, Good damage, Chakra Med: Great heals, Senbon damage pretty good but the heals alone is what makes it a good mastery for support. Now Int Medic: Scalpel spam stun good combo starter with low CD, heals, helps other masteries with combos (mainly cuz of Scalpel but also senbon) But with the Nerfs you asked for Int Med would have: Bad heals (It's meant for pvp in the first place it's the offensive side for medic) The main damage for this mastery would be nerf pretty badly due to anyone easily out damaging the Int Medic Scalpel most of the time, Poison cloud would be pretty good and that's pretty much it. Senbon has always been a good jutsu but it's balanced for a reason most aren't landing that 24/7, Either way Poison Cloud and Senbon alone won't cut it for making Int Medic a good mastery. And here's the last thing, I understand if this nerf was asked if Int medic was very top tier not only in 1v1s but also in team fights, but no it's teamfight kit is decent lol, If you bring up the heals, Most int medic heals are weak either way due to the high int they have for 1v1s and by spamming heals they constantly put their poison senbon on CD which leaves the mastery with 2 attack jutsus, Poison cloud isn't bad for team fights but comparing it to other jutsus kit's it's not all that at all, Scalpel is up close and one tile in team fight's that's a pain to use, still a good jutsu but as for a team fighting jutsu overall it's not that good. Shit like EARTH/MED is a good team fight mastery combo because the EARTH KIT alone carries it. That's like bringing up Wm/Earth, it's still good either way, even if you mention the fact that Medic shares the same Intellect path as Earth which makes it better, Solo Wm is still better than Solo Int Med either way, and Earth/Wm vs Earth/Int Med in 1v1s skill difference isn't far off at all too, I'd even favor Earth/Wm winnning as well. Then we have Solo Taijutsu which is already great for 1v1s, but if you have high agility and pair up with a bunch of Earth users, You can be doing a lot just meleeing people in prison with high damage instantly which is great for team fights, Not even counting the fact that you can also do Tai/Earth, Either way I don't see a reason to nerf Int Medic LIKE THIS, Scalpel is a jutsu alone that needs nerf but considering the whole kit alone it's pretty much overrated.

  11. Good call. Vertical power creep is often the painkiller people want for boredom, but not the treatment the game actually needs to stay active. The game's progress will be better served by consolidating the existing content: expanding on village functionality, Orgs, the leveling process and PvP systems, to name a few. The Advanced hype would die out in a month and then people are back to complaining about the same issues that weren't fixed because dealing with Advanced takes up all the development time. One day though, it will be time for another level-cap increase and new jutsu along with it.

  12. First of all, best suggestion post I've seen in a long time, maybe ever. First one that really made me smile in a long time at least. We're in the midst of some major reworks as you can tell, this is becoming more possible by the day. I've pinned it as an example of what suggestions can be!
