I was hunting around trying to collect bounty and the main thing I notice is either, 1. It's a lowbie with no bounty, 2. It's 10+ people hunting together or 3. DZ is dead. So I had an idea, there can be a system implanted with this guy over here at the Land of Fire Bounty House. When you finish all your daily missions and talk to this guy right here he gives you 10 ryo, I think it would be nice if this guy right here gives you a Side Quest to complete which is to kill 10 ninjas and collect 500 bounty. Once you complete that quest, he gives you access to TP to a 1v1 sparring arena danger zone. Once he gives you access, there should be an NPC in every village which teleports you to the arena to fight. An NPC example can be someone like this right here, somewhere in your village The way it works is 1. You only get 3 fights a day to avoid people spamming it causing less activity in actual village raids/danger zone fights. 2. Each time you win you gain 10 rank points and each time you're defeated you lose 10 rank points, you can't go into the negative with the rank points and how the rank points work is, There's a leaderboard in every village which shows a list of who has the most rank points. (basically like how bounty book shows who has the most bounty, can look like this for example) Whoever is 1st place, 2nd place and 3rd place gets a rewarded. First place obviously gains the best reward, then 2nd place gets the 2nd best reward then 3rd gets the 3rd best reward etc etc. (The rewards can be things like event coupons where even people who were 10th place still get a coupon for participation, it doesn't have to be event coupons though it could be ryo, items, or even throw in a special rare item now and then like an event tourney would.) 3. You can't fight someone that has a much more higher rank point than you, EX: Someone has 0 rank points and another person has 100 rank points, you cannot fight them. The reason why you can't fight them because there's skill gap between the players and the players should not be able to pick on a weak player to get free points or else it would end up like this. If there's a queue that's filled with players with 100 rank points and one player with 0 rank points, if the player with 0 rank points doesn't meet anyone that has nearly the same amount of rank points he does (0-30) then he will end up fighting someone with a higher rank point, if the guy with 0 rank points wins then he gains 10 rank points, if he loses then he wasted one of his turns/doesn't lose points even if he had 10 points. If the guy with 100 rank points wins then he doesn't gain any points but he doesn't lose a turn, but if he's defeated then he loses 10 rank points but a turn is not wasted. If a fight like this happens then they can't fight twice to avoid farming for points. The whole point of the rank system is so that people can fight people on their skill level and the best of the best will be on top of the leaderboard obviously. The rank point system can more fights look like this, basically close unpredictable fights due to people fighting people on their skill level (or at least it helps make people fight people closer to their skill level) 4. Minimum level requirement is level 40 to join, there can be a separate one for lowbies (levels 20-40) but if they don't add a separate one I think level 40 is a good requirement to join. 5. The matchmaking can available for like 3 hours a day, Ex: 3am EST til 4am EST, 2pm EST til 3pm EST, 8pm EST til 9pm EST. The whole point of this is because if the matchmaking is on 24/7 then players most likely won't be matched up together as much, but if there's a certain time to do it then a crowd of players will probably be waiting until that timer starts so they can all join. 6. The way the Matchmaking works is once you talk the NPC, then the NPC teleports you to the arena where the fight will take place and you wait until a match has been found. While waiting you can see the other players who are waiting/fighting. This photo is an example. (This doesn't have to be the arena it's just an example) Once a match is found both players are teleported to arena with full chakra/hp and 10 second immunity for prep time (no they can't move around or start trapping up they are just stuck in one place facing each other with 10 second immunity like this) Org buffs are not allowed for obvious reasons, same with toad oils/chakra pills/summons. Basically the basic Nin tournament rules should apply to this right here as well. 7. Similar to the Best Dressed Ninja Contest where there's a winner every 15 days, The Leaderboard of the rank points can be reseted every month. The types of fights can be changed within the months as well, Ex: May 1v1s,June 2v2s,July 3v3s etc. Teams share the same rank points so if they find a new partner their rank points will be reseted. Ex: Ichika teams with Reality and win fights, they have 20 rank points, Ichika then starts a new team with Noboru but they start off with 0 points. I think the pros of this are: Fun event like the raid point feature that was added in the game not too long ago, Danger zone kills so if you got a bounty mission/waging war, you could do this event and maybe gain some bounty/kills, and it's competitive which makes players want to train hard to reach the top of the leaderboard. I want weekly , monthly missions in the game , these missions make lvl up easier monthly mission: you can only take 3 mission in a month for example:boss missions (kill dark monkey, weasel ,bandit boss) , difficult mission etc. Clan missions: all clan members responsible for complete missions , these missions will be able to progress while doing daily tasks (refresh after all clan quest are finished) for example:(also can add drop rare, common , uncommon legendary etc item ) etc. Weekly Mission: you can only take 1 mission in a week for example:9 points

Recent talk has brought something up in my head, and I'd guess in some of yours too. Why not advertise Nin Online? I'd like to call out to everyone who has interest in supporting the player base and wants it grow wider. This would help in many ways, a healthier fresh player count, more exposure and potential fund for further development. How to do it? Many huge community discords/groups/forums should probably have media channels where posting videos is allowed, just post community made videos or Nin trailers there to get some attention, say some stuff about the game, don't lie though LOL, warn them as well. But why should we, the community do this, why shouldn't Rory pay for advertising? In the current state, development is more important than ads, and he would rather put as much effort and fund to make the game better, and I completely support that! So if you're on board to get fresh WW kill--- I mean fresh players, let's go on this campaign! Spread the trailers, the videos and all the talk! Go to the forums, the discords and everything in between! Let's do this together!7 points

Currently the heal which swords give is scaled with your chakra, meaning that the higher your chakra the more the sword will heal per tick. This is very weird since WM as a mastery does not require a lot of chakra making it not beneficial to invest into higher chakra to get a higher heal, since at that point you are better off just keeping your points in Fortitude. For example: Player 1 has 1500 hp and 200 chakra. They heal 27 per tick with their sword. Player 2 has 1300 hp and 300 chakra. They heal 37 per tick with their sword. Since the sword ticks every 40 seconds it would take you 800 seconds to make up for the 200 hp that you gave up in order to have a better heal. That's 12-13 minutes and no fight in this game will ever last that long, not to mention that there is literally no need to go 300 chakra as a Weapon Master, most people play it with around 200 chakra. This makes it so that the passive which is unique to swords is really wonky and does not work good for a pure Weapon Master build that does not need chakra that much. Currently there is no reason to even bother with this passive, you are better off just ignoring the fact that going higher chakra will increase the heal. I think that the HP regeneration should scale with 30% of your Fortitude points, since Fortitude is the most important stat for a WM. So if a person has 1500 hp (145 Fortitude), they would heal for 44 hp per tick this way. This is not a drastic buff from what it heals now but I think that it makes a lot more sense scaling wise.4 points

I agree it would be nice, but without proper incentives to do this, it will fizzle out in the long run. Having one burst of advertisement instead of regular content would not be as effective imo. For building up the share base: Collect current youtube videos of nin and content creators Categorise them so specific parts of nin can be targetted (e.g. RP, Fights, Hype videos) Have these targeted videos shared in the right places For building up incentives to create content: Community spotlight video competition (works just like best dressed, but once every 2 months, best submission is picked to be on the community homepage, and a small reward is given, could be nin creds, could be an exclusive item) Actively reward long term content creators (@Rumaki for one)3 points

I personally like the idea of Weekly and Monthly missions. In my opinion weekly missions could include raid points destroying, some big cbk type mission (for example 100kills), collect some item. It would increase danger zone activity. When It comes to monthly missions I would like to see some "kill X boss type" etc. It would bring more activity into zones which are usually empty. most of primal point actually made sense ngl, when I first started playing this game I was so motivate to make gameplay video since there was barely any in this game, but later while leveling I realize that game is very grindy and im pretty sure none of the people who watch my video are going to stay and level up to 50.1 point

NIN DOESNT DESERVE IT Let me start by saying yes nin has a potential to be a great naruto game once it learns : 1. that it not a mmorpg2d it a mo sandbox2d at very best.(it not massive multiplayer also it cant get 150 ppl on a good day unless it a event/ce/raid time) 2. it not new player friendly. 3 this is a harassing world is the game motto (think about it beyond your troll brain once). 4. the community has nice ppl but it filled with apples and trolls who boost there egos like their live depends on it. 5. it a pain to lv and after max lv you can only grind or pvp nothing else. 6. it unbalanced game (mastery,fps and ping boost) and it lack any rp players (btw pvp fight and spar dont count as rp). 7 . rorys vision is his own but it made for a system of game that died out 20 years ago for a reason. I respect the fact he stay on to his vision but that vision will not bring new ppl who want a mmorpg feel 8. it a naruto fan game with no story where the players make the story and can influence the full and total actions of new player(spam killing or camping them) 9. it a closed groups game with only groups playing together for example :taka.rains gang.seigi,jakusha,hispano,polish,turks... 10. the community doesnt want new players but new fresh kills you all want lowbies you can kill in dz those poor fools who dare to go alone so you can get the ez kill that you brag about(yes i know me the famous mist lowbie killer know what i am talking about). but you wont help them we all know most of you dont give a jack s*** about the new players you wont train help and protect them not really. 11. for ever 20 players at best 2ppl will stay for more then 3 months and leave. Because it get boring and they pick the wrong mastery or they have nobody to play with . 12. it toxic community and behavior make the game addicting and it something most ppl know it in there heart and cant admit it. 13. ppl play games to relax and leave the real world to chill out and enjoy there time in a game and simple nin isnt that.(grinding it generic and boring and ppl kill lowbies for fun in sz and while they try to do missions ) 14. pve and pvp need dont mix 24/7 .Yes sometime but not often also grinding and pvp ≠ quality . 15. openly let scammer and toxic ppl get ez punishment .There is no true perma bans and ip banns anymore you scam 10 lowbies you get 1 month ban and then you do it again until you are caught and you repeat stuff. Sorry for any grammar issues. Overall i think nin can change but not if the player base doesnt .Dont false promote this game as a new player friendly fun mmorpg when we all know that it not . Dont ask for new players when you dont bother helping them giving them tips and bully them for your kills.The game is doing better rory is focus on making the game more stable and more gms offer more event, but the community isnt doing there part this game is ruled by the players and unless you come out and help others new players nothing will change .The game is in a state where it in a solid +80 players but it doesnt grow much for a good reason .1 point

I'd suggest something like a collaboration between many figureheads of the community, such as YT collabs, art showcases/competitions turn into videos, fan animations etc.1 point

I am looking at the regen cause it is unique to the swords but does not really feel as useful to pure WM as it should be. Healing for 20-30 per 40 seconds is pretty much not noticable as most fights won't last long enough for 2-3 ticks to go off. The thing is 110+ STR swords are not really meant to be used when you are hybrid, the stat split becomes too high. You won't really see many if any hybrids use a Bone Sword or a Blood Katana unless they are some non advanced combo that doesn't have a high stat split like elemental hybrids.1 point

Some pros mentioned for this buff, I have some disagreements however You are looking at purely the regen on the sword: The swords that give regen (Bonesword and Blood katana) are not taken because of their regen. They are taken for their high DPS (while you could argue blood katana needs a buff because of powercreep, maybe faster attack speed, w/e). The regen should not be the defining factor for these strong swords as they already offer so much else. You are looking at it from a pure wm perspective: Hybrid builds benefit from extra chakra, and although most pure wm's can run low chakra, most wm's are not pure. Tanks in this game already benefit from best scaling of stat points, offering a buff like this would give even more of an advantage Medic hybrids gain heals from the increased chakra On a side note, the regen is not just taken for in fight regen. Having constant regen while running around (incase of mobs damaging you, or some lowbie) and not having to stop to heal is a pretty nice luxury.1 point

Like Butterfly said, for now it lacks contrast due to overuse of the very bright colors. If the eyes and ears get darkek, I see no reason not to add it - would certainly make fighting FakeRatkage much more rewarding.1 point

The mask looks great, but I would change two little things (just an opinion, don't take this as a offense or smth): 1. Ears should be a little bit bigger if u want a realistic rodent. Reminds me of mewtwo instead of a rat. 2. Light colours don't work together, maybe adding a dark blue for those eyes and ears or darken the white of the head.1 point
