On a serious note though, @Jaiir Mist Village allows it's villagers to choose rogue leveling on the premise that DO NOT kill/participate in hunting Mist villagers and you're liable to be killed by Hunter-Nin even if you're only rogue for leveling, anyways sorry to have you kept waiting and thank you for contacting us via forums, glad to have you in our village!

@Rumaki is easily known as nin's most popular youtuber, at least when it comes to a normal player. He's put out multiple videos that even were featured by @Ueda himself. Some examples of his uploads (each with over 1k views!) 5,000 views: 1.8k views And many more! He is definitely one of nin's most iconic players and I'm sure he has reached out to new players who found the game because of his work! Justice for Rumaki!!!

This right here. If you got real low scaling or some other negative aspect, Rory puts in another effect to make up for it. The new Kyuketsukki katana is strong, but the str requirement on it means you have to drop your other mastery so I think it is balanced. Obviously, Fan/wm, Bubble/wm, and Gf/wm are the exceptions (all of which are op). Those complaining about GF/Wm the most also have to realize out of the three it will be the only one that won't get Advanced. Fans are stronger than the swords because their hit counts for more than one, cancels, jutsus, and hits from a long range. Fan-> tornado-> combo or simply just spamming fan+tool. Swords cannot combo off itself as it only slices. All in all, Kuraken sword looks like it multi-hits and does crazy damage and Bostaff looks like it does too much basic damage for a high damaging int user. (This is looking at purely stats and not gameplay) Fan's triple hit and/or low str requirements should be adjusted. GF should definitely get reworked. I do not think it is OP by itself because it is something you can run from easily outside of tournament staged 1v1s. Ever since the vacuum nerf, it has always been the 1-2 combo. It is very boring. Pressure point sucks hardcore with bi timer. The swords are fine imo. Kyuketsukki has more agi stats and 120 str requirement. It's only the select mastery combos (Fan/wm, Bubble/wm, Gf/wm) that might need to have some caps on it.

Rebalanced Phoenix Fireball Rankings The progression of Burn has been changed from: Burn 1/2/3/1/1/1 to 1/1/2/2/3/3 Bot Test for Tanzaku Slots now warps the player into a death pit when they fail the test. This is to prevent exploiting it to warp back to their hospitals safely.

Raid reworks Raids now happen in cycles of 4 hours instead of 2 hours. Raid points will disable after 2 hours into the raid cycle. This is so there is time to rest and there is time to enjoy the bonuses you've earned from the raid. Each village has an additional 2 raid points at their guarding locations. This means that each village now has a potential upside of 21% bonus. The downside limit of 5% remains, you cannot lose more than 5% bonus rate.

Rebalanced Sensory Technique Please don't blame players asking for the nerf for this change. I've already been thinking of rebalancing for ages, it's just now that it became a prominent discussion topic, and it was a good time to do it. Cooldown time changed from 17/16/15 to 30/29/29 Cast time changed from 1/1/0 to 1/1/1 Range changed from 12/16/20 to 12/12/16 It may be clear from the old progression for each rank that it followed an older balance style where each rank had significant improvements on all areas. Sensory Technique had not been rebalanced with any of the major rebalances since beta stage which is why it was so powerful.

Improved AFK/Botting Check on Tanzaku Slots to first explain the situation before asking question. Fixed bug that allowed for Ieyasu to spawn outside of his bounds. Fixed visual mapping bug on Striped lake. Fixed a missing collision block on "The Forest Exit" map that allowed for tiger mob to spawn out of bounds. Fixed mapping bugs on bottom left of Mist village, including one that allowed for players to wrongfully enter Mist village academy. Fixed broken Mist village Chunin Exam arena entrance allowing non-Mist ninja to enter. Fixed Mist RP Mission NPC information dialogue saying "find 2 other leaf village ninja".
