Not everyone wishes to be a part of a village when they join the game. Some people like the idea of being a more "evil" type of character and the game doesn't really allow you to start out as that. Currently the only way for that is to be a rogue but being a rogue is meant to be more of a punishment than something you choose to play. Rogues have no unique clothes, summons or masteries. If you are a Leaf rogue you still have a Leaf passive, Leaf summon, Leaf hidden mastery... This makes it so that there is no real option to be a dedicated rogue player. What I wish for is that there is an option to create a character that is more "hardcore" from the very beginning. An option to create a "rogue" character which is not tied to any village. IDEA The idea is that cursed ninja would be the "actual" rogues while the exiled ones are village rogues. This would allow for cursed ninja to have things which are unique. Playing as cursed ninja would be a very hard way to start out and would not be recommended for new players (could even make it only possible after resetting a lvl 50 character). You start out in Cursed Lab which is hard to get into and hard to get out of, very little mobs are around and it is easy for a low level to die just trying to step out of host cave or to die to them while trying to go back in the Lab to hand in a mission. Just like normal rogues you would have friendly fire and wouldn't be able to team villagers. Your default and only spawn point would be the Cursed Lab. LORE You start out in the Cursed Laboratory, which is a part of a larger network of laboratories called Village Hidden in the Sound. In your thirst for power you have abandoned your past and origins and have come to serve Sarugami. You are one of the few ninja to have survived his cursed seal experiments. In order to strengthen your cursed seal you must set out in the ninja world. PASSIVE Cursed Seal - a cursed seal has been placed upon you which grows stronger over time. Unlike villages which get a passive that is at full power right at the start, cursed ninja start with a quest called "The Growing Curse". The quest requirement at first would be to reach level 10 for example. After you complete it you get a "Weak Cursed Seal Activation" jutsu. It is a weak buff that drains your health while it is up. After completing the current one you would get a new one which would have higher requirements but would award a stronger Cursed Seal jutsu. This would repeat until you get the strongest version of it. All of the Cursed Seals would share cooldown and be untradable. HIDDEN MASTERY I thought a lot about what would be a good and unique mastery to introduce in the game. Puppet mastery and genjutsu are something that have been talked about for ages, so why not add a mastery that is a combination of the two. Demonic Flute Genjutsu - a mastery that utilizes a weapon called "Demonic Flute" to cast sound based genjutsu and control summoned creatures known as Doki. The mastery would be based around the summon. Your flute melee would cause it to do a certain action like use an attack or to Flicker. You'd also have access to genjutsu which would be strong CC that deals little to no damage. Some jutsu could be: 1.Illusionary Warrior Doki- you use your flute to create an illusionary warrior called Doki to fight in your place. This would be the main jutsu of the mastery. It would depend heavily on it's summon to fight. 2.Phantom Chains - you use your flute to create a illusion for your opponent in which they are bound by chains. Single target CC that does little to no damage. 3.Phantom Sound Wave - you use your flute to create a sound wave which commands your Doki to take a bite of their target's soul. Does moderate damage but saps a large chunk of chakra from the enemy. SUMMON Nue - a chimera that is able to sap your opponent's chakra. ORGANIZATION The Sound Four - a team of elite cursed ninja which serve as bodyguards for Sarugami. Their base would be within Cursed Laboratory and their buff would be some strong cursed seal.2 points

Although I agree to get on board with focusing on teamwork, it is beyond that. Nerf the first tier Bubble/Fans or lock them to the masteries. Its obvious they have a clear advantage over others without it. It's beyond Sand and Mist villages anymore. There are so many rogues that use them that it's getting out of hand.2 points

There's so much stuff that's obviously broken for months/years now and it's beyond me how we don't get any balance changes regularly. Fighting against someone with a pipe (snare/interrupt on a basic attack available to all mist ninja for just 20str???) has to be one of the most frustrating experiences ever. About the topic tho.. I think that Fire/Lightning is pretty strong when it comes to teamfights and when you actually land that cutter it's extremely satisfying and often means death for your opponent.1 point

First off, @Ueda I wanted to say that this is a pretty wonderful idea considering there are so many wonderfully hilarious moments that happen throughout nin that should be documented in history. I highly recommend @Bonsai for this task. His hand drawn art is pretty amazing and the art style is definitely up to par with a lot of the actual Manga. And I'm sure he would be more than ecstatic to contribute once again to this game. Shout outs to Bonsai for that very cool Oni-Mask concept and making it come true.1 point

Sigh... I cant believe people actually lost vs ONLY Z+ 1 sub in a 4vs1 when i had 0 chakra and low hp and call themselves *good players that can 1vs3 when morale is high.* if i were in your shoes, i would've soloed the kiba player without even using a buff let alone lose a 4vs1 smh it aint that hard. Instead of coming onto the forums to complain about losing to a glass cannon farming build, go to village square and practise with each other and maybe youl learn how to beat me but i aint gonna sit here and show you how too, figure that one out yourselves. For the people talking about GF, Gentle Fist is a game breaking mastery that is also allowed to be used in tournaments, whereas i would have to spend 10 dollars on a restat to change to a viable build to just enter a tournament and then spend ANOTHER 10$ to restat back if we are talking about building around our sword buffs. Gentle Fist is easy to learn, easy to combo with and on top of that has very high burst damage without the need to spec alot of points into the strength stat, are you guys actually trying to defend this mastery right now? If you gave me access to a gentle fist account, all hell would break loose but i dont wanna do that to yall yet lol. I would literally smoke a kiba user with the same build as i had if i was a Gentle Fist in a 1vs1 because all i have to do is run away/around the kiba blasts until my instant 300+ damage flicker combo is back up its not like there is no cooldown on the swords melee, the kiba user would be dead in 2 flicker combos if they using the same build i had when i won the 4vs1. Gentle Fists kit also gives it access to stuns which deal strong damage and you can weapon switch to use the strongest swords obtainable in this game while you wait your cooldowns + pair it with weapon master which does not even require a stat split. Completely broken. @Orsus you are showing a 2 second video of standing still eating a free kiba blast, waiting for me to heal up from my medic and chakra regen, instead of dodging or pressing your sub button or even coordinating with your team, what good does that do for your case? Stop the constant complaining on forums every time something happens to you guys in game, looks like you guys are just reaching. Also @Akebono in your post you state that you were hunting with a person that can apparently 1vs3 when hes feeling good (unbuffed) but you come here and complain about me when im better than said person in game in general and on top of that im buffed using a 7sm sword, why is he allowed to 1vs3 without a buff but i get complaints when i do so with a buff that i earned? Also incase you do not know, to equip a 7sm sword you need minimum 80 str and kiba does not even scale off str it scales off int so to do heavy damage with it you need to lose out alot in other areas, i do not recommend this in general as opponents who are good/top tier at the game will take advantage of that. In conclusion, you guys lost that fight because you did not make the right plays together, there was no teamwork and i saw alot of wrong movement and positioning decisions and took advantage of all of that.1 point

It would fit more into role play if Ueda could just add a arena where you have to physically go there. You can think of it being similar to one of the episode on boruto with the exploding humans where the winner gets the opponent's ninja. So what I was another boat ride which brings you to an island with a Colosseum where you can queue for pvp. The rewards should could also promote org building as the org with the highest point can get a reward or something.1 point

Wastelander News 28/01/2021 Ambushing During my time roaming within the Land of Rivers and in the Land of Fire, It became apparent that there are a lot of hotspots within these two sections that enable rouge shinobi to ambush our shinobi. The other day, I was attempting to travel through the Land of Rivers to complete a mission from the mission board. After making my way through the desert and into the Land of Rivers, an unexpected group of rogues ambushed me. "Why?" I asked myself after being ambushed by them. "What's the real reason behind these ambushes?" I started to ask around, travelling through the Land of Rivers to find rogue shinobi and to ask them this question "What's the deeper meaning behind these spots being picked?" My first encounter was with a female rogue shinobi. She told me " It's the harassing truth. Nothing can stop criminals. Criminals are criminals." These words imply that Ambushing shinobi is a sport to them. Criminals have a monopoly for ambushing our shinobi right now as their hidden village is closer to the sand village than any other village. Other sources say "It's for the easy money. It's easy to hunt bounties." And these words are True to some extent, Holding up the main pathways around the Land of Rivers will rain in money for them as there is no alternative around spots such as Bears and Tigers. Even though you will see rogue shinobi, there is a high chance to run into Leaf shinobi as well. Leaf shinobi usually set up their ambushes more near the land of fire. In conclusion, to avoid being ambushed use some common sense and use Cloak of Invisibility to sneak past ambushes. It's not a given that you will sneak by them but better safe than sorry.
