Reworked Vacuum Sphere Technique
Increased amount of wind spheres from 3 to 4.
Each consecutive sphere now does increasingly more base damage from 1 to 5 to 10 to 15 base damage scaling with INT.
Next sphere only casts if the previous one hits, as usual.
Each sphere's range is slightly reduced, from 15 to 13 to 11 to 9.
Final sphere stuns enemy for 1 second if landed.
This makes it more high risk, high reward as players have been asking for while giving the user a chance to negate the end cast in a 1v1 situation if he is able to land it within 9 tiles range.
Wind Scythe Technique Damage increased by 2 on all ranks.
Wind Scythe Technique Range increased by 1 on all ranks.
