Dear Ninja, The wait is over, we've fixed most serious issues with the Open Alpha hopefully... Here's a list of changes. Loading screen should display properly. It won't display upon logging out though since there's no map to load.Wipe issues have been resolved.Title items will now display properly in the item description window.Window is properly activated when mouse is moved over it.Fullscreen has been partially supported. You can enable it by pressing Alt + Enter/Return or inputting the command /fullscreen. If resolution is 1024x768 is lower, it will force it to be fullscreen.Login now fades into the game.Bug fixes with trade/fade-in and fade-out not clearing chat and PM text properly.Bug fixes with trade.Bug fix with logging in while in server select, displaying a window it shouldn't when fails.Bug fix with cursor freezing when the authentication server is offline and being in an infinite loop.Character window properly draws the weapon.Removed Map Cache.Optimizations and misc. bug fixes. These items are not coming back to the shop. We may add them to a Cash Shop in a future patch, but it is too exploitable and allows players to play through everything way too quickly. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to comment below.

Dear Ninja, The game is currently being updated with a lot of changes to make it much less buggy. We're making big changes to our development environment too, allowing players to play without lag or any issues to disrupt their entertainment. We've added some servers today, to make it more enjoyable for our players and to reduce ping. There's also a big patch coming to address the bugs players have been having since the launch of the game. Hawk This is for players in United States and Canada region. Snake This server is for players in Europe region. Toad This server is for Developers. It may open up from time to time to Early Access members, but for the most part it is closed to everyone except Staff. Regards, Seth

It is amazing, these big companies leave bugs for months, usually through alpha, beta and release. I would think people would be grateful these guys are putting in so much effort. If they'd just legalize beating idiots...

Would you prefer the game is down for a few more Month's? People should learn to honor what they get, instead of taking the whole arm if someone offers you a hand.

People disagreeing with you does not make them rude. They are giving their opinion as well. Stop being so sensitive. I also think your argument is invalid. A paid character reset is not p2w. Not to mention you can get free account resets if you don't want to pay.

Everything is technically P2W if you use that mentality. P2W is technically those who get an advantage that is impossible to beat. Experience boosters are not P2W, but many players on the Internet believe that they are. Even though we aren't going to have that type of item in the Cash Shop, players can still research their builds before going in. We also can offer ways to earn these items by doing events. Instead of experience boosters, we will have a well of some sort that allows you to donate Ninja Credits into. When it becomes full, it creates special events. There's already a way to reset your character anyway which will stay free and likely improve to keep some aspects of your character, so it is definitely not P2W. If you are lazy to grind then pay money. That really isn't P2W.

A better idea would be for people to get some patience and realize this is a fucking alpha test. There will be bugs, crashes, maintenance and updates.

I just think its amazing that the developers are taking it down and working on it so much. Some games you would have to deal with an issues for weeks or even months before it got looked in to. I am very grateful to see such a dedicated team go ham on this game Keep up the amazing work guys!!

The game is open now, it will go up an down for a few weeks. That's the life of Alpha.

I would reconsider your stance on a 'non-exp booster item' in the cash shop. Within the last year, my life has taken a turn for the busier. Unfortunately, if I'm to invest any sort of time, I'd like to be able to keep up with others who I may attempt to play with on a consistent basis, despite possibly not having the time to do as much. As some others have mentioned, exp boosting isn't really cheating, it simply progresses your game faster, but does not make you any stronger than anyone else could ever be. I like to think of it as an incentive to keep your busier players happy, and engaged, since they can only contribute a limited portion of time, as opposed to the kids/teens/jobless etc. who can afford to play for any unspecified amount of time.

The game is currently in an ALPHA state which means the server might have some unexpected downtime while we fix bugs or deal with issues on the game, If you are not happy with that i suggest you leave for a couple of weeks and then come back and try again

I know, but the team is trying to solve the problems as quickly as possible, these types of questions only delay the progress.

Avoid making these kinds of questions, the server will return when have to return. Just be patient if they want to have a stable gameplay should be patient.

i hope they'll also be rare drops and/or they can be sold to players for in-game currency if they'll ONLY be available in the cash shop then they'll be a bit of a p2w item, since this is a pvp game and being able to switch your builds with real money whenever you felt like it would essentially be buying power

We will announce it when the Patch Notes go live. There's also plans for a server status image on the forum and updater, but we're doing this one step at a time. Please be patient. The game is offline at the moment.
