Are you using a 64-bit windows system? If you are, you need to manually register a dll called dx8vb.dll Google it :) also just note that you still won't be able to connect to the game as its currently down until further notice! But it'll be good to get this sorted out before the next test so you can get right in once it's up.

I never had to register DX8vb.dll in SysWow64 to make it work in a 64-bit PC.

I dont know what to do for that, It's confusing.

Go to where you saved NinOnline. Unless you moved it, this will be in "C:Program Files (x86)Nin Online". If this is confusing for you, you want to go to your C:/ drive by opening any folder, and clicking the "Local Disk C:" button. Next, you will see a bunch of folders, double click on the "Program Files (x86)" folder, and you will see even more folders. Scroll down until you find the "Nin Online" folder, and double click that to open it. Next, open the "client" folder, and then the "data files" folder. Once there, you will see a file caleld "config.ini" or "config", depending on your explorer settings. Open that. If it asks you what to open it with, notepad will do the trick.

Once the config file is opened, you will see a list of words and numbers. Look down the list until you find "Device= 1", and change the 1 next to device to a 2 and save the file. You do not need to change anything else to 2, just make it so that it says "Device= 2".

Save the file, run the game again. If it doesn't work, try changing it to "Device= 3" and save.

Hope this is less confusing.
