I know it may be too early to be discussing this but what do you guys think of having an interact option at the Kage's desk which call out to faction leaders, certain ninja for special missions , etc. Same with faction leaders they should also be able to call their faction members.

 Earlier Shawn Jones also suggested how Anbu masks should hide a players identity (name), or maybe just hide your name in general and you would have to tell someone your name so they can see it.

I'm sure Rory and the developers have something like this in mind already.  They said that the Kage is a position in the game where you make some serious decisions that would no doubt effect the rest of the Shinobi world.  So I wouldn't be surprised if they implement something like this into the game around the mid to end of beta testing.  I also believe that each specific job in the Village or respected Village thereof will have special missions directed only to that specific player or class.  So yes I guess if there is an emergency, For an Anbu for example, the Kage would have a way to call them for back up or protection.

I think about something a little bit better, what if only the Head Anbu could have it, and he could call other Anbus.

Or better, the kage could call the Anbu Leader and the Anbu Leader could call the other Anbus xD.
