It was transferable between servers from the start. There was a brief period in time where they rolled back a few hours when you swapped between, without waiting for the character to save. But that was over a year ago.

Ideas & Questions: Will you be adding field jutsus that allow elemental interactions? Now or in the Future?

For example: Shooting lightning on water, does increased damage, as well as stun or electrocute the target for a few seconds.

Or example: Using water jutsus that remain on the floor for a period of time, draining chakra for all the people walking on it, since walking on water should require chakra conversion to feet; conversion rate could be small.
