Fixed exploit with Enchant Scrolls not being checked properly. Fixed scroll being given for Shizuna. Fixed issue with certain Jutsus not working with ALT self-cast. Lightning Current now is an instant cast for rank 3. Buffed Taijutsu basic attacks. Nerfed Jutsu damage scaling for Element Masteries. Updated description for some Jutsus.
