Thanks~ Expand Leaf has a crop top and ripped jeans in Sai's fashion that is female exclusive, Sand has a one piece blouse, and missing has a top & bottom female exclusive too. I'll check those out for my alt since I do actually want a character that dresses up like an assassin or a fighter. Do you know of any clothing items available to everyone that are in the style of that Hunter-Nin robe, Mitsuki's robe the Simple Silk Robe, or this pending Muteki outfit? Expand Sand has 2 looser Kimonos that every village can use, Event HQ has some stiffer Kimonos, and the Bone Boss drops the Kimmimaru kimono. If it's not obtainable, most likely not since limited edition stuff, hopefully it'll return someday for another event.
