We will release the Sand Village at the same time of opening the Cash Shop regardless. A new GUI means that the full screen will look much better on the eyes. The next thing to add would be Kages and missions. But in all realness, with the cash shop open we'll also get the sand village which is content. And with the cash shop the staff will get some revenue to actually work harder on the game and pump out more content faster. Nobody likes to work for free. If they put content out first, who knows how long it will be till they do more content where as if they add some motivation in the form of cash it would be faster. Grinding mobs to level can get a bit boring, so having something else to do that will still give us a competitive amount of exp would be nice. First of all it helps you guys, second of all, logic. Cash Shop=$$$. $$$=More people in the team. More people in the team=Content and new GUI.
