Mastery Assessment Part 2

So in my last review post I asked the community how you all felt about the current masteries and which is the strongest in your own opinion, but this time around thanks to a comment rain dropped I'll be asking what you all think is the overall weakest mastery in its current state. 

These two posts will also be interesting whenever a possible new buff/nerf changelog gets dropped because of the recent survey the devs dropped.
