Chakra stat on bi

Can chakra also be halved when on bi, it doesn't make sense that chakra meds can just BI warrior and heal for the same amount because the chakra stat isn't affecting their heals whilst being HALVED.

I think it would be cool if you could let us know what you're going to implement and what you're not going to implement, like if we could get a chart or something with a list of reasons why you do this or do that so we can better understand your vision and that way people don't repeat suggestions over and over again or feel like you're ignoring them and that way people know what to look forward to.
