Hello guys, I am here to ask some questions about the current forum guideline so I dont missunderstand them.

Does this say that it is okay to insult a player in-game as long as its not irl related issues? If yes, can yall tell me where the rules about the chat filter are and if its okay to avoid it? I could not find anything about the chat filter sorry  

I am asking so I fully know what we can do what and what we cannot do according the nin online own rules. Thanks in advance!

I understand your frustrations, but the Filter System hasn't been added to the rules as of yet.
That will be added soon amongst other important updates to rules we plan on fixing.

Regardless, the filter was implemented for a reason so it should go without saying if you take the steps to avoid said filter punishment may ensue.
