Sin
BEFORE READING BE REMINDED THAT THESE ARE IDEAS AND SUGGESTIONS, YOU MAY ADD ONTO THESE THINGS OR GIVE NEW IDEAS/SUGGESTIONS IN THIS THREAD, IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANYTHING WRITTEN BELOW THAT IS FINE, THIS IS WHY I WANT TO HEAR MORE IDEAS AND SUGGESTIONS FROM THE COMMUNITY. So i've been having a few ideas with Organizations as a whole and really other things, There's a LOT that could be done with Akatsuki, Especially really cool stuff, so basically what would you guys think of the 9 Akatsukis having specs by this i mean 1 Akatsuki member will be chosen to have a specific Spec, could be Deidara, you will be chosen to be Deidara and you will have up to 3 jutsus (just throwing random numbers out there the amount of jutsus is not up for me to decide) Jutsus will be decided by the community or staffs i am just giving ideas as i said before, Shurikens could transform into Deidara's birds that blows up when connected does maybe 30 DMG and burns for 6-8 seconds you get the point there's a whole bunch of stuff you can go through, Hidan's scythe could be locked to ONE akatsuki member that has Hidan's specs, the list goes. on just think about the unique stuff that could be done with plenty of things in game although i do understand that things will take time and there are other things to be worried about as of now and making new jutsus just for akatsuki will take some time, it would be cool to see in the future This does not only have to be with Akatsuki there could also be tournaments to pick who could have let's say Orochimaru Specs Kabuto And the list goes on. Question 1. Well wouldn't Akatsuki with the ring buff and specs be a bit too broken? Yes, but this could all be reworked the stats could be nerfed with added Specs Question 2. Do you keep these specs for ever? No, This will simply be like any other Term 6 months tops and a new player will be Chosen through Staff or Tournaments I will be updating this thread with more examples that will include Gifs and Jutsu ideas for certain specs, but first i would like to hear from the community.

Nagao Hideki
Problem is we are talking about Neo-Akatsuki here, an organisation, which although shares the ideology of the original Akatsuki as seen in the show (from an RP perspective) consists of members which are the “best” PvPers in the game. Adding specs which would mirror the original org’s members to a T, although a fun idea, doesn’t make much sense lore-wise since the people these specs are based on have been dead for generations now. I don’t think that every Akatsuki generation should have a Kakuzu, Hidan, etc. mainly because it would become repetitive after a time and lock players to a certain play-style for 6 months. In my mind Akatsuki is an organisation which is the “peak” for players in Takumi, something every rogue aspires to be, which in turn creates a sense of fear when someone notifies the village that the org is out hunting or is preparing to raid a village. A good example of this was @Black Rain’s Akatsuki term where it was a real challenge to face them in a DZ even if there were only 2-3 members out. I would prefer the organisation have some purpose in-game other than being the most fearsome thing out there, like if the jinchuriki system (proposed by many players) would get implemented. This would create a dynamic between villages and Akatsuki since they would be tasked to collect all the bijuu, put them in the gedo-statue and once they have all 9 an all out war would erupt where the villages would either combine efforts to fight the organisation through a 3 Kage summit creating an allied shinobi force or try to solve things separately all while having to war against each other. Adding rare items and jutsu used by original Akatsuki members would be a good idea but I think they should be locket to specific masteries or contracts e.g.: To use Deidara’s clay bomb shuriken one should be an Earth/Lightning user as they combine into explosion release. To use Sasori’s puppets one has to have a puppet contract. To have Amaterasu / Kamui one must be from the Muteki clan (presuming the Sharingan gets added into the game as their clan jutsu) To use Kisame’s water style jutsu one must be from the Hidden Mist + be proficient in kenjutsu and water release. […] Of course these would all be optional, so if an Akatsuki leader wants to build their organisation in a different way people wouldn’t be left out as they don’t have the certain specs for the items and jutsu, which would add variety to the game. It would also be interesting to see Akatsuki operate in 2-man teams in terms of RP which would be able to bring down a bijuu, meaning that the buff + jutsu should be enough for them to easily win a 2v6 in a DZ. Of course this would imply that the screening process for membership should be tight on the GMs end so that players wouldn’t abuse the power to spread toxicity around the game. Lastly it would be great to see Akatsuki as an RP based organisation which would have strict rules regarding in-game toxic behaviour. This would provide interesting encounters between villagers on the hunt and Akatsuki members as different RP scenarios could play out in such meetings (e.g. Akat members letting a village hunting party go because they are just not interested in a fight, or them taking heads for sport and collecting money from BH like Kakuzu and Hidan did). This would mean that being Akatsuki is not only being the best in PvP but also RP, which would only allow a “toned-down” level of toxicity as in “now die” or such as opposed to the general bs people tend to say after a fight (we’ve probably all had an unhealthy dose of that by now). All in all I wouldn’t go down the road of turning people into Deidaras and Hidans all the way, rather provide an opportunity for people who have the specs available for them but wouldn’t lock them into these playstyles in order to add variety.
Ueda
Creating entire masteries for 1 player at a time is totally not feasible (at least not at the moment) for us.

Yeah you've made some fair points, things can always be changed, but it's mostly to see new things come into nin it will help with RP and add cool content IMO, although like i stated before it's a bit hard to do for rory and the staff team it's cool ideas that could be considered for the future.
