Got a new windows and nin doesn't open

Hi!

I've reinstalled my windows and now nin doesn't open. I ran the launcher and it says play after it downloaded the game, I click Play and nothing happens. No process, nothing. What should I do? I am on windows 10 home 64 bit now.
