Bubble lvl 30 jutsu

I had an idea for the jutsu that the Bubble mastery is currently missing.

The jutsu would be called Bubble Shield. This bubble technique uses your pipe to create a hardened bubble which protects your target from harm, due to it's unstable nature it explodes after 2 seconds.

It would be a 1 second run cast homing that could be used on either the user or an ally. The bubble would make the user/ally unable to take or deal damage for 2 seconds, but their movement speed would be greatly reduced (around walk speed). When the buff ends the bubble explodes around the user/ally in a small AoE (2-3 tile range), snaring everyone within range.

You wouldn't be able to cast anything while the immunity is up though.
