Ueda answer was "I want people travel around world for trade" (if i remember propely).
Similar situation with organization's buffs.

About suggestion i like that there is a way Kage's can affect on those NPC

This was suggested easily a half a dozen times (Once by me as well) and it was either ignored or a response similar to "We want you to travel the world so no."

Don't get me wrong, I'm glad to see it's finally being done, just kind of a bummer that this is getting so much praise when the same exact thing has been suggested so many times over the last 5 years with little or no recognition from staff.

I didn't see if it was discussed in the post but what is the purpose of the tax? Typically IRL tax goes to government to be used for the greater good of the population. Where would the ryo tax be going and what would be done with that ryo? If it just gets deleted for the sake of having a tax it could be a bit frustrating having it without purpose.

Not trying to be negative obv, just adding discussion.

We could give it to the Kage and the councils, but we would have to divide it in half because in case it is a success it would be very unfair because the amount of money would be exaggerated we could make it a monthly payment but i prefer that the money be eliminated

It's a great suggestion something that has been troubling not only myself but also the whole player base, not being able to sell your items just because you and your buyer can't be on at the same time? It always frustrated me and I'm sure that I'm not the only one with these feelings.

I think the way this suggestion was made is what makes it stand out as compared to the one's made before even with the same content, it gives you a solidified structure of "what if" and expands on it. So do not be sad that "why yours wasn't give attention to" instead support this as much as you can because that's what makes a good community. ;)

+1 :D

Simply amazing! This is actually one of the suggestions that I really hope to be added. Definitely helps the overall game immersion since people won't have to tab out of the game to go to discord trade channel to sell/buy something.

The tax money does not benefit the villages or the people, it just collects the tax and is removed from the game. the idea of the tax is to control inflation and the amount of ryo that moves in the market and the prices of items to help the system and sustain it
