I reset my account to mist when it was release. There were a lot of bug that came with the release such as not being able to pick a clan even if you were to reset your character and other bug. It lasted for about day ish, maybe 2. I even reset 2 time but still was not able to pick a clan. To this day, I am still clanless. Am I able to pick a clan through a GM help?
