I had an idea about a jutsu that could be used as a lvl 30 Bubble jutsu. It would be a buff jutsu that could be cast on the user or on an ally. When the buff is on, the user has a slight movement speed increase and the next hit they take is negated, but they lose the movement speed buff when that happens (so like Sub with no teleport).
The jutsu would level similar to it's Water lvl 30 counterpart Water Prison meaning it would have 2 sec cast time and lower range on early levels. On max the jutsu would have 1 sec cast time and 9 tile range.
