Light 2 Posted July 9, 2013 Report Posted July 9, 2013 Will I be able to play this on my macbook without using my Parrells Desktop or not? #SMSAudio
Sipher Posted July 9, 2013 Report Posted July 9, 2013 You should not answer questions you do not know the answer to. It greatly depends on the language the game is coded in, and if the devs even want to make it compatible with Macs. Honestly, worst case scenario, just use wine. It lets you run windows applications on macs. 1

Akatsuki Posted July 10, 2013 Report Posted July 10, 2013 The game seems to be coded in VB from what I can tell from Whack's livestream. It might not work on a Mac, I would wait for a developer to respond to your query. 1
Menos Posted July 10, 2013 Report Posted July 10, 2013 I would say no due to the fact it'll be a .exe I do how ever feel they should port it once they have enough content, It would be a bit naive to think it would be mac compatible upon release maybe after a few version seeing as porting is rewriting the code. 1

hayate-OLD-2025 Posted July 13, 2013 Report Posted July 13, 2013 If not boot camping or using parallels just use VirtualBox, install windows XP (low consumption and vb6 will work best with it.) A game like Nin Online should have absolutely no lag issues running in a Virtual host etc.
Yassrab Posted July 30, 2013 Report Posted July 30, 2013 Lool I laughed so hard at that face, Guess I'm not getting a Mac for Uni then going to stick with a PC
