So For The village can you make it so that any ninja whos not from the village would have a harder time seeing while theyre inside the village, that would be neet. Not to mention that if someone is focused on katon, why would that allow them to run faster on water at all? It's just something they're born with. Same with bloodlines, they don't have to be in a village to gain whatever benefits give it. 0 Liomli Posted July 8, 2013 Report Share Posted July 8, 2013 Rather than having any inherent buffs from being born in a village, there should be advantages such as hidden/forbidden scrolls only available to those that have direct access; meaning certain jutsu can be learned only by being a villager there. 0 Jahmah Posted July 8, 2013 Author Report Share Posted July 8, 2013 Yep cause each of the villages are in a diferent location and in a diferent climate, you can't tell me that the people from sunagakure should be able to move faster in water than people from kirigakure and vice versa, unless the ability to move faster in water can be trained, and the kirigakure ninja just start with a boost to it.
